    App needs improvement in no signal areas, the DoorDash app allows for uploading a pic of drop off taken from phone camera to complete a delivery in case of no signal, it’s possible that this app can be written to allow that as well.

    I barely was accepted for spark got on and the first day I didn’t get offers and the 2 months I have been on it rarely sent me offers I didn’t even make a lot of money.. the app always messes up and you have to clear it from your phone and go back and then they deactivate you after 4 reports of people saying they didn’t get their food but yet the first report I ever got was after I called support and told them that. I could not get into an apartment and they called the customer and the customer didn’t answer and I did a return and yet they still reported me and harassed me but support says oh that won’t go against you.. DINT BOTHER TRYING TO DELIVER FOR THEM WASTE OF TIME WATCH YOUTUBE AND BELIEVE THEM

    Every time after an order I was get that little stupid message at the bottom saying “there was a problem completing your trip please try again” FIX THAT ITS BEEN MONTHS AND NO DEVELOPER EVEN CHECKS TO SEE IF THE APP IS WOKING PROPERLY AND ITS ALSO SO SLOW AND FREEZES Had to come back to this app to let the developers know that this app is incredibly slow When you click any of the orders you might risk losing it because of long it takes to load. FIX THE APP!!!!

    I do not recommend because you don’t get any support when you need it and they treat you like trash. I got deactivated for a totally false reason. I appealed but no investigation or verification was done to help fix the issue and got banned completely. An account i haven’t used in months, I received no warnings about the issue that apparently my account was being used by someone else.

    The spark app needs an update for all phones especially IPhone. No one should be allowed to leave with an order unless it’s verified by picture. I should not be able to see people with 5 phones with spark screen. The fraudulent fake accounts are out of control. Please fix ASAP. Also, experience should be priority not be last to see offers.

    Use to be decent now 95% of the offers are not even profitable. Walmart does not care about you or your car. They will keep flooding the zone with new people who will accept anything regardless of price so they have no reason to give a honest pay. You refuse to accept their low offers they will essentially blacklist you where you get 0 offers. The heat map and volume bars are misleading lies. The devs behind this are garbage because this app is has some many bugs and glitches it’s ridiculous and be prepared to deal with somebody from India since they outsource the help desk through them. They will also just randomly cancel orders on you.

    I was doing a great job, like 8-10 hours a day, when i did my order number 56 i had 5 stars of client rate, i was off like 4 days and when i returned to work 4.6 stars of client rate, and now i’m not reciving offers and i always follow the instruccions
