    Amazon description of label device states repeatedly NO LOGIN REQUIRED, but you cannot operate the app, not even to print a test label, without $30 a year. Entirely useless, shameful and fraudulent. Bait-n-switch waste of time. You have been warned.

    Don’t bother subscribing to the premium. I’ve paid for it twice in the same year, once on my old phone and once on my new device. A few weeks after paying for my subscription, the features became unavailable stating I needed to subscribe. After contacting customer service, they fixed it and it worked for a couple weeks. Here it is a month later telling me to subscribe again, despite that I paid the annual fee twice. I’ll be tossing this printer and app soon. I can’t emphasize enough how TERRIBLE this app is.

    The software basically forces you to use their subscription service. I bought this to print basic labels and it won’t let me move forward. Would not recommend and I’ll be shopping for a new label maker that doesn’t require an app.
