    It’s remarkable that such a simple process can be so difficult. From issues logging in to issues loading to the simple fact that the UI is difficult to use and randomly breaks when previously operational, there has never been a time that this app has been easy or simple to use. This is especially frustrating because it’s a matter of logging and accessing hours worked which impacts my compensation. Unacceptable. It’s funny that if you read most of the 5 star reviews they are actually negative—not sure how people can mess that up and leave five stars and a negative review (must be the same type of people hired to develop this app).

    Never stays logged in, constant problems with app using finger print, & facial recognition where you can’t reliably clock-in on time forcing you to use password, and reset. Has issues not liking my time punches, and then needing corrected like it started a second day…

    Cannot connect to my workplace. Once I put my work information in, a white screen pops up and nothing loads. Tried reinstalling the app and it didn’t help

    Why can’t I sign in? I’ve tried everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling it just says loading with a white screen. I haven’t even started this job yet but I hope they have a backup plan because this is not professional.
