If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).   • Profile phone # update.

    App is almost perfect. Never crashes or freezes. The ones it happens to I believe is user error or their phone they’re using. I never had any issue because I’ve always used the latest phones and softwares. Only problem is. There should be more than 1 way to send authentication code. Like email and cell#. Or trusted device. Not just send to 1 phone#. Now I don’t have access to my old cell#. Have the developer thought about this ? Only way I can edit my profile is if a code sent to my old #, which I don’t have access to anymore. Now it’s hard for me to change to the new # because I can’t speak to anyone at ADP and my “HR” dept is 1 old mean rude lady that’s not to good with the PC. That’s going to take who knows how long to update now. Sending a code through snail mail might be faster in my situation. This day and age I think there should be more option to simply update a profile. Like email or app or device. Like how others give you “OPTIONS” UPDATE: I figured it out Use a Chrome browser to update your new number. Select current employer then chrome will give you a code for you to open the ADP app you use. Box will appear to put the code in. Then go back to chrome in setting in chrome browser to select the new number for codes to be sent to. You don’t just save new number in profile. There’s 2 steps You might have to try saving a couple times. First time I hit save it said it failed to save. The 5th try to save worked. new # to send code to was saved. The AI chat bot is useless. Why it’s called AI is crazy. Just want to be like everyone. While it’s really dumb and know 2 things. And goes in circles. There should be more Q&A for this so called AI chat box. How kind has it been useless like this. Only 2 topics.

    Awesome app but very buggy, it tries opening documents on the web just to ask you if you want to open the app but when you click that option it goes all in a loop. Haven’t been able to see my documents on the app at all, everything on the web. At that point why even have an app if you are not going to optimize it properly

    One of worst app in iPad . It works great in my phone but crashes or not sign in my iPad. Poor app development. Notifications are either too much or poor. If you can’t logging my account how can you send me notifications and stuck on my screen annoying. Deleting on my iPad and will not use it again. Next will change ADP on my organization, they are not service friendly either.

    The app is good with one major exception. It is impossible to find your username/password once you are into the app. If you always use face recognition it is easy to forget the username/password. IA is also the useless

    This app updated late November/December and never works for me. I hate this as our company’s clock in. 0 stars if I could.

    I dislike leaving anything less than three stars unless it truly merits it. These guys have had me at my wits end for the last two weeks. Long story short, I had my number changed. It is reflected on both my side and on my employers side. However, ADP still is pushing the security code to my old number. I have no way to access it. They have next to no email or customer support. Finding a number to call for support, I was flat out denied any assistance and was told that my employer has to reach out to them to manually push a refresh on ADPs side to reflect my new number. When you have access to funds but are denied simply due to a technical insight that is EASILY fixed, but the company refuses to do it, it really makes alternatives look better. Go Vanguard.

    I’m not able to view pay statements on my iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

    While I can log in and see my last paycheck, beyond that I cannot access past statements, tax statements etc. Pretty much a waste of time and I have to obtain any documents directly from my companies HR department.
