  • NFL London Mess

Thousands of people were unable to go to the Browns versus Vikings game because of this app. I was stuck in the queue for over an hour trying to get into the stadium. I wanted to be to the game early, was there an hour before kickoff and technical issues prevented us from getting in. Not just me. Thousands of us. This app is horrendous.

Garbage. App went down before the game which left me and thousands of fans stranded outside thru opening kickoff and halfway thru Q1. App still had issues while fans pushed their way thru.
  • Created unsafe gameday

The app didn’t work at all to open and download tickets on game day in London. There were hour-long queues at the ticket office. The app was never fixed, and ultimately there was a mad rush for the gates to enter with confirmation emails only, creating quite an unsafe situation for entry. I would never do this again for an NFL game abroad

Crashed on the day of the Browns-Vikings game. Totally unacceptable by the NFL.
  • App won’t load tickets

Paid 1300 pound for two tickets I can’t download. Can’t get in the venue to use the ticket. This must be illegal @NFL
  • Total Failure

App works up until game entry, then fails. Travel to London from the States, spend thousands of dollars to be completely let down. The NFL should be ashamed. I’m now in a line a mile long with 1,000’s of people experiencing the same issue. Last time I spend any money supporting the NFL.
  • Doesn’t let me log in

Received confirmation that my tickets were ready to claim. Required to go through this app and cannot log in. NFL make this easier!
  • Garbage

This app is absolute garbage. I spent three days in Dublin, trying to download my tickets. It is not user-friendly, it was not intelligently written. The NFL can do better than this.
  • Very buggy app

By New Orleans at its finest!
This app doesn’t recognize when you’ve already registered. The app is not intuitive, but is required for events you want to attend for the overseas games. They should be ashamed of releasing this app that is this bad.
