If you click on the notification badge it does not take you to the article, kinda defeats the point of getting the notification. Far too many adds in the articles, it’s like a 50/50 split
  • Awesome service, awful app

Content is fantastic, but the technology sucks across all platforms. The app is mildly improved on mobile this season, but consistently fails across multiple devices with video playback errors. App is unresponsive, slow, and needs to be handled on some platforms with extreme patience to avoid crashing the app. Video playback errors on replays are constant, and it never remembers where you are which is horrible. I’ve been a subscriber for many years and am used to the abysmal technology, but it’s frustrating to see the same issues season after season with no real investment. Most of the time there’s no way to report errors, just a generic website telling you they messed up (ie. NFL.com/video-error)

I use this last couple years. Was able to watch Redzone on my TV with the app or my phone. Randomly, in the middle of the season, they changed their user agreement so that you could no longer watch the red zone on your TV. They didn’t tell the subscribers this. Wrong with my TV or something else. I tried to call them, but they had no number. You have to email them. I emailed them, and they gave me a bunch of troubleshooting stuff which didn’t work. I emailed them again and then they told me they changed the user agreement so that you can’t watch the red zone on TV anymore. Only on your phone or tablet. I tried to watch it on the tablet and it did not work. I emailed them again and then they said you can’t watch it. This week I just tried to watch the red zone on my phone on my NFL app and it wouldn’t even load. I don’t know what happened. But somehow they turned a perfectly good app into complete trash. I won’t be renewing this subscription next year.
  • Replay Quality

Whenever I go back and rewatch the games, the quality is so bad. I tried on different networks and devices it’s still potato quality.
  • Needs work on Apple TV

If the screensaver comes on while watching a replay, it will go back to the beginning of the game. If I leave the replay, it doesn’t save my place, it starts again at the beginning of the game.

This app sucks the support sucks the video sucks if you’re actually ever able to log in ever there won’t be sound. I’d recommend this app if you like paying money to torrent football games anyways because a billion dollar company can’t create a way to watch
  • Lacks so much

Inexplicable that the official NFL app would be so lame. Where are the standings? The playoff picture? Team stats? Player stats? It’s such a lame app. Does the NFL not make enough money to make a robust, killer app for all things NFL? 🙄 … Guess the ESPN app will have to do.
