    I am a detailing business. I’ve been using GoDaddy for the past two years now and switch to Squarespace along with this scheduling app and man. I cannot tell you how much of a game changer. This app is not only is it much faster at loading my scheduling app, but it’s also seamlessly Easy to book.

    I like the new updates. The only thing that I see that isn’t available but is offered on other scheduling sites is the ability for clients to book more than one service for same appointment. Add ons are good for smaller services but having the ability to book 2 services would help a lot.

    The new update kicked out students off the platform and required a new password. And it’s even harder for them to sign in now than before. Hope they can fix this.

    The app logs you out frequently and logging back in requires you to manually enter your username twice and then your password (which don’t autofill on the iPhone). Why can’t this be an automatic login like all other apps? Also, why do we have to manually update the software?

    The total of a service especially with add ons are no longer visible on the app. This is very inconvenient please fix it. Also can you add a birthday option so we can keep track of client’s birthdays

    Please go back the new ux is horrible and adds many unnecessary buttons. Why can’t I click on address anymore to open in google maps or Apple Maps? Everything made worse

    I have people uploading pages and if I click on them all that pops up is “copy” so then I have to now go into a browser and paste it and then it has to download. It used to just open the dang page. You added 3 steps for no reason.

    The software is robust but exactly what we need for our business. With that in mind, we are still Shopping for an alternative. It’s the most buggy faulty app we use for our business. Our scheduler is also the most important process in our flow and we are still looking to switch. Why? The biweekly updates in the app. Every other days there’s a bug or an a issue. Every week or so there’s an update in the app. They should address that and whatever is causing a bug every few days. A huge nuisance. Inconvenient at times.
