Acuity Scheduling

Along with other users I have been logged out constantly for the past 2 months. I was so annoyed today that I finally came to leave a review and also push for this to be fixed. Using a laptop for booking isn’t always convenient for stylist especially those of us who work alone in a suite. Grabbing our phones when we finish out clients is convenient and quicker. Plus the login process is a pain in the butt because after you put on your username it then connects if you have a google account, which makes me have to type in the username again THEN it asks if I want to just use google as my login option as if it didn’t just FORCE me to and you still have to confirm with a code being sent to you. It’s too much hassle!

I’m in love with the app but the problem is you can’t speak verbally with support this needs to get fixed not everyone understands the email instructions or videos. I keep trying to speak with someone by phone but there’s no way 😭. I need verbal guide trading not videos or email.

so hard to use for no reason & extra fees for nothing have to pay for scheduling & decorating your website , stupid.

I pay too much every month for it to be logging me out every other day.

I like the app it just wish we had widgets or something fun. An easier way to add pictures to appointment types a little bit more functionality for the user

PLEASE Add a way for my clients to Book/Schedule MORE THAN ONE Service at a time this feature is an Extremely Simple ask, yet I see years of others asking for the same thing and Acuity has Yet to make this happen. I don’t want to have to do “Add On” for a Service that I’ve already added as a Main Service just so my clients can add a Pedicure to their Full Set it’s utterly ridiculous to have to retype everything to add as an add on! To my knowledge “add on’s” should only be for minor things like bling, designs, soak off etc. Please add this simple feature I really don’t want to have to cancel acuity and change to glossgenius for something so mundane.

I get logged out of my account every single day and have to verify my email each time to even get back into my account. I pay $21 a month for this app and it’s annoying

Solid App but Needs a Modern Upgrade I’ve been using Acuity for a while and it’s a great scheduling tool, but it definitely needs a more modern update to keep up with the needs of today’s service-based businesses. It would be a game-changer if they added features like a before-and-after photo option for client profiles, the ability to send automated reminders about specials, new services, or check in with clients who haven’t booked in a while, and a proper client waitlist feature. It would also be super helpful to have the option to sell products directly through Acuity, making it easier to streamline everything in one place. Overall, I like the app, but I’d love to see more innovation to better support growing businesses. P.S. I cheated and downloaded glossgenius 🫠😩😩I know I’m a horrible person but I kinda like their app. I don’t want to leave acuity because I’ve been with you all since I got back into doing hair but something has to change🥺🥺

Love the acuity app for the most part. I really wish you guys would put the feature back on the app where you’re able to limit the amount of times your clients can reschedule appointments. I’m not really sure why this was removed but it’s a big help to keep clients from playing musical chairs on your schedule. Please bring it back!!! Also, acuity is no longer working on the iPad and it isn’t just me. I know several other business owners who are unable to open the app on their iPads. This is extremely frustrating when trying to check my clients out. Please fix this ASAP.
