    Solid App but Needs a Modern Upgrade I’ve been using Acuity for a while and it’s a great scheduling tool, but it definitely needs a more modern update to keep up with the needs of today’s service-based businesses. It would be a game-changer if they added features like a before-and-after photo option for client profiles, the ability to send automated reminders about specials, new services, or check in with clients who haven’t booked in a while, and a proper client waitlist feature. It would also be super helpful to have the option to sell products directly through Acuity, making it easier to streamline everything in one place. Overall, I like the app, but I’d love to see more innovation to better support growing businesses. P.S. I cheated and downloaded glossgenius 🫠😩😩I know I’m a horrible person but I kinda like their app. I don’t want to leave acuity because I’ve been with you all since I got back into doing hair but something has to change🥺🥺

    Love the acuity app for the most part. I really wish you guys would put the feature back on the app where you’re able to limit the amount of times your clients can reschedule appointments. I’m not really sure why this was removed but it’s a big help to keep clients from playing musical chairs on your schedule. Please bring it back!!! Also, acuity is no longer working on the iPad and it isn’t just me. I know several other business owners who are unable to open the app on their iPads. This is extremely frustrating when trying to check my clients out. Please fix this ASAP.

  • Need a feature to book multiple services in one appointment

    It should have the feature to book multiple services in one appointment instead of tedious add on feature. I really hope they add this to it would make lot more sense especially for beauty services
  • Constantly being logged out

    I’ve been using this app for 3 years and it CONSISTENTLY logs me out. Now there’s 2 step verification so it takes even longer to log in. FIX IT
  • App is Disappointing

    The Acuity App logs you out multiple times a day and then you have to input a verification code to log back in. Multiple times a day. The calendar feature is tenuous. You have to adjust your availability on one page and then have to navigate to a different page to see your calendar. It doesn’t always reflect the changes you’ve made. Then you have to log out delete app and start over. It’s super clunky and feels like it was made in 1998. I hope they can fix the major issues and improve the App.

    Recent update removed tap to pay , that was the most convenient way for my clients and I to checkout

    The app update moved the scheduling links to a different part of the app, where they’re buried and less accessible. That’s all I use for the app, so it’s annoying to me that they’re no longer front and center.

    I’ve been using this for my nail business for quite some time, never had much issues other than being logged out a few times at the beginning but as time has gone on, I have noticed i’m constantly having to log back in very frequently and its very annoying, especially when I pay a monthly subscription to have the account I have. It’s very inconvenient to have to be logging in every time i’m trying to book a clients next appointment for them while they are right in front of me waiting. If this were to continue even after years of me using it, I will definitely be looking into other scheduling options.
