HomeSafe View: Live Swann CCTV viewing on your iPhone and iPad HomeSafe View supports the following features: Multi-channel viewing with up to 16 cameras on screen at the same time (16ch view works best on iPads) Play back stored recordings from your DVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet) Change settings on your DVR or NVR in app Capture video from your camera live view to your iPhone to play back later Capture single and multi still images and save these to your iPhone's picture library Control PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras remotely Note: Current model handsets and iPads are recommended for high resolution playback and live viewing more than 8 cameras at once. Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann DVR via 4G/5G or WiFi. When using 4G/5G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.     I had this set installed on my house and garage. But last month I was out of town. Every time I log in, I could only log in once a day and if I try to review save video I lost connection to my DVR’s. Then I had to wait at lest seven hours before I could reopen to the system. I had to check my home internet to make sure it was working everyday before I had to log in. The system need to be checked and hope it will be upgraded for better connection to home and business Internet.

    I came from a 13 pro max which this app worked effortlessly with. Since I’ve switched to the 16 (family members included) we can not get it to work at all. We type in the correct information and click “add” it doesn’t add at all. Tried everything.

    Very disappointed in these cameras/video playback. Every time I need to look at these camera, no matter where I am, they ALWAYS say “offline”. I never have any issues with any of other systems I have such as the ring so I know it’s not an internet issue. When I need to playback a video, it almost NEVER records. Very disappointed in these cameras and software. How can I keep my “HomeSafe” when it doesn’t do what it’s created to do.

    Live view works fine but still glitchy. Remote playback is unusable. This whole system feels like a 1990s interface and level of control/performance. They need to overhaul this product.

    I don’t like the update…it doesn’t have playback! I’m not getting any notifications, it says I don’t have any files to playback! This is useless

    After the update my iPhone I can’t rotate my phone to look at it in a larger screen and now playback is not functioning. They need to do something about it.
