Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann system via 4G/5G or Wi-Fi.   • Can’t save video

    The option exists to save a video, but it never works on an iPhone. It just saves a blank or white screen. This should be a no brainer. Allow me to save the clip to my photo library. Very basic.

    3 camera other 2 different brand Swann only one with the issue very frustrating would not buy another Swann camera /app not good

    Don’t even THINK about looking at any playback videos unless you have 20 minutes to spare trying to play a 30 second video after the app crashes constantly after taking forever to play two second integrals.

    The cameras fail to record so often other things such as pets even tho I paid for the subscription it still fails to load any video footage.

    I have had my Swann security system for 3 years now. I love the system and the DVR works great. But this app freezes almost every time I try to watch playback. It was fixed for a while and now we are back at it again. I have the newest iPhone and my husband does to and it happens on both our phones. Happened on his old phone as well. If they would fix this it would be great

    This app never works when you need it to. The camera never load, the playbacks never load. Have had nothing but problems trying to get this app to work. No point in having the fancy expensive cameras if you can never check them. Our blink cameras and the app work way better.

    This ap will only be good if maybe it recorded activity at the right time. I can never live view. The cameras all have a circle of blurry right in the middle. Only good for watching playback but not immediately after notification because it takes so long to process. My ring devices put these to shame but was trying to get away from a subscription. The cost of Swann cameras is not worth the aggravating app imo

    Had this camera for over a year. First couple of months had no issues. After I bought my subscription the video only lasts for 4 days and can’t playback anything. Everything lags so much if we are away from the system. This Swann is a scam.

    This latest update has ruined the zoom-in feature and now will switch to the next camera Every. Time. that I try to adjust and find what I want to zoom in on, which makes this a ridiculously difficult task. Please please please fix soon! TIA!
