Just download the app and log in with your My Account information to get started. – Streamlined navigation. Intuitive design. Maneuvering your way around the app is simpler than ever. From the main dashboard, you can access the navigation bar to easily manage all your Midco account information. – Quick customer support. Connect with our support team directly from My Account. Click the speech bubble icon in the upper left corner of your screen to live chat with a customer service representative. Or if you prefer, you can text or call. – Appointment scheduling. When you have an upcoming Midco service or install appointment, you can now save it to your device calendar. Customers can modify appointments in the app and cancel service call appointments. – More accurate outage updates.     I have not been able to access the app for months now. I've tried deleting it, restarting my phone, etc. I haven't had WiFi for almost 3 months now even though I'm still paying for it. When I go in person to ask about how to fix it, their only response is that they can't control the app and to keep trying. Going online to their website doesn't help either because their only advice is to close the app and redownload.

    The Midco App and web site are terrible for paying your bill and scheduling a payment. Be prepared to be frustrated and hear from Midco Staff, “I’m sorry your equipment is having difficulties and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Our side is working and there is nothing wrong. I suggest automatic payments or I will take your payment over the phone.” TERRIBLE !!!!

    App is garage. Cannot make a payment on the app. If you select pay my bill you’ll be sent to a website to pay your bill and then that website is also garbage. Midco needs to invest in making a better functioning app.

    You’d think a company in the tech industry would have a decent app. Quite literally the worst mobile app I’ve ever had to use. Website pushes you to get the app but the app redirects you to the website for everything which works maybe half the time. For unlimited free services I will remake your app and it would take me less than a week

    Midco is the worst ISP I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with, frequent outages throughout the week to the point that I can’t always do my job while I wait for them to restore service. These idiots alway think it’s a bad modem which after multiple modem replacements one would think they would realize that the issue is not the modem. Nope they always blame the customer instead of admitting fault on their end.

    The ability to pay on the app is fine but trying to manage my wifi through the app or website is incredibly aggravating I can’t wait to be done with this wifi service always the same issues it’s such a headache.
