  • Money pit and zero consideration for growing players

    This game has potential, but ultimately it is dominated by large players who keep all growing players from even doing the basics of gameplay without getting attack. There should be engineering barriers so that different ranked players can enjoy the game without being annihilated by giants. As it is this game is useless to even try.

    A top-tier player in our alliance,had his account forcibly unbound, renamed, and stolen after his Facebook was hacked. This wasn't a minor glitch or a player complaint — it was a malicious hijacking of a high-level account that has invested thousands of dollars into your game and community To be met with a templated response and a closed ticket, after explaining that one of your most loyal and high-spending players was essentially erased, is beyond disappointing — it’s unacceptable. Let me be clear: we are not asking for support on someone else’s behalf. We are sounding the alarm on a breach of account security that affects the credibility and trustworthiness of your platform. This isn’t just about one player — it’s about the precedent this sets for all of us who invest in your game. If WB cannot or will not take immediate action to restore the keep or at the very least investigate this situation seriously, then we, as a collective of paying players, will cease all spending immediately. That is not a threat. It’s a necessary response to being ignored while watching one of our own be targeted and erased without recourse. We are giving you the chance to do the right thing. Escalate this. Restore the account. Show us that WB stands behind its players — especially those who have helped sustain your game through years of support and investment.

    I have spent thousands on this game and enjoy playing with friends. I no longer feel safe spending anymore money without proper account security. A very large account was just hacked and deleted. Same customer service reply of nothing helpful and closing of the ticket.

    One can be hacked and loose your keep with no recourse from WB… even if you have a long history of purchases and game play. BEWARE

    This is a very fun game. You can invite friends and be in the same kingdom (server) and conquer historic castles and grow your own dragon. Pretty neat. BUT…. This game is ruined by in-game purchases. To be of any relevance you’ll need to pay a couple hundred dollars. And that’s just to get by. If you wish to hold Winterfell, Casterly Rock, or Kings Landing you’ll need to pay close to $1,000. Insane to think about but people do it and they ruin whole servers. I think Warner bros has employees who get “gold” for free and run servers. Thats my theory. I refuse to believe people drop thousands of dollars on this mobile game but I could be wrong. It drives people away, myself included, and leaves kingdoms empty.
