    Last month and this month I was charged twice the first month I reached out and received a refund for the extra charge. This month I was charged twice again and they refused a refund for the extra charge. Very bad customer service regarding this matter. Buyer beware!

    I have noticed that they have made certain items (pillows ect.) choices limited/not available to use when you want, also the value of items not as high as they used to be, Scoring is more difficult. The items in your inventory are not available to use. Overall this game is expensive and challenges are weird. Looking forward getting a newer updated design game. After the holidays I will quit this game. There are items I know I have in inventory but the game won’t allow you to use them. It feels like a money pit. It’s just not that fun anymore. The scenes are too crowded, the colors are awful, many designs are just too ugly.

    I’ve reported multiple issues through the Customer Service chat feature. They’re not listening/reading these days. I recently reported an issue with the application and they’re not getting it. They put it back on me as if I’m the one not getting it. Basically, the app wasn’t working as was expected. Something is wrong on that end because they are just not getting it and now I find another issue where I’m selecting two chairs side-by-side. One chair selection presents an inventory of chairs, while the second chair presents a selection of table decorations. I played and played with it thinking something would give. Nothing I have a throw and a pillow sitting on top of a floral arrangement meant to represent a chair. There is no way I’m gonna be able to explain this in terms that they will comprehend because evidently reading is not fundamental. So please don’t spend your money. Stop spending your money maybe they’ll start listening to accurately understand their defects and respond accordingly with better customer service.

    This game is a great game but I hate how you have to fill requirements on most of the rooms and all of them you have to pay for because you most likely don’t have it. Also I don’t like how you have to repurchase items because you only get five of them. It would be fine if it was just the furniture, but it’s all the decorating stuff. Also, since most of the stuff cost a lot of money, I want to be able to earn more money, because sometimes I want to design a room, I barely have any money to buy cute stuff. I like the game, but you people who run it have to upgrade it a little.

    Hate the rating system! One rating under 5 drops your ranking so much, but then you have to get so many 5 ratings to get back to where you were. Just needs to be more even.

    I truly love this game I’ve been playing it on and off since 2019 & even got a few of my family members addicted as well lol but it can get very expensive! When you purchase an item I feel like it should be yours forever you shouldn’t have to keep rebuying things you should just be able to build up your inventory. You don’t get enough free diamonds or cash & the rating of rooms should be handle differently. I love voting on rooms but you can tell at times voters are just pressing anything to get the keys some rooms truly confuse you that has 5.00 score lol seriously & that kind of makes you not wanna play at times. Now after all these years the game is starting to freeze a lot ! Please look into fixing that. Other than that I truly love this game updates just need to happen !

    I was enjoying this game until I made a purchase and it didn’t go through. I used the chat option and eventually opted to talk to a live representative. I stated my question, and they didn’t respond for 8 hours. After a little more back and forth, (which took a full day on their end for each response from them so several days had passed,) they requested that I give screen shots of the design pass that I had purchased and proof of purchase from Apple and any purchase order numbers. I gathered screen shots of the design pass both from a a Google image search and also from the app itself. I also had a screen shot from my Apple purchase history. Since that didn’t have any order number I actually also supplied that from my PayPal account and the invoice I pulled up from there. After all of that, they did not even acknowledge any of the screen shot documentation, they just said that they couldn’t find any information on their end, so they left it at that and told me to try to get money from Apple. I don’t really in the end care that much about the money. I just was completely frustrated with the interaction. What a waste of time! No response would have been preferable to the days of useless back and forth.

    I can’t find out how to contact support regarding this app malfunctioning but the app is freezing and glitching a strobe light effect, which can be dangerous for some users who are seizure prone. I have a screen recording but no where to send it.

    I have played this game for years and recently noticed they are taking extra money from my Apple pay account!! DO NOT GIVE THIS APP ANY CARD INFO!!!!
