    I have been an active Design Home user since 2017, and it remains one of the most complex and content-dense design simulation applications on the App Store. The growth in licensed brand inventory, real-time 3D environments, and interactive rendering over the past several years reflects substantial engineering and product investment. Historically, the application has demonstrated strong release discipline and rapid stabilization when regressions occur. Following the most recent update, I am encountering persistent UI, UX, and performance regressions that appear inconsistent with the app’s prior stability profile. Observed issues include: • Product availability resolution failures: Selecting newer catalog items frequently triggers prolonged loading states followed by a “This product is currently unavailable” message. Some affected items have been corrected while others remain inaccessible, indicating potential backend catalog synchronization issues, entitlement mismatches, or API response inconsistencies rather than intentional asset removal. • UI rendering instability: Recurrent screen jitter, layout shifting, and animation instability during navigation suggest Auto Layout constraint conflicts, view hierarchy reflow, or GPU rendering contention under load. • Application freezing and responsiveness degradation: Intermittent main-thread stalls occur during inventory browsing, asset loading, and challenge submission flows. This behavior is consistent with blocking operations, inefficient async handling, or memory pressure related to large asset payloads. • Interaction flow regression: Navigation paths that were previously deterministic now feel heavier and less predictable, particularly when transitioning between newer inventory views and challenge contexts. For hardware context, these issues are occurring on the newest iPhone Pro running a current iOS version, which rules out legacy device or OS performance constraints. What is most notable is the persistence of these regressions. Design Home has historically issued fast stabilization patches when production-impacting issues arise. The absence of a timely corrective update is unexpected given the maturity and scale of the application. Design Home remains a standout product with no true peer in the category, and I have remained a long-term user because of that differentiation. This feedback is offered from a place of product respect and long-term engagement. A release focused on performance profiling, UI rendering stability, async workload optimization, and backend catalog reliability would materially improve the user experience and restore the level of polish the app has historically delivered.

    I’ve played this game for over 5 years , I took a break for several months because I noticed my diamonds were missing …. Let’s say I’d spend 20 usd on 35,000 diamonds … I’d used a few …the next morning the rest would be gone …down to like 500….when I know I had over 20k … I got tired of dealing with the theft … it happened often to where I was only buying the diamonds I would use for those purchases … the the items I purchased would it by in my inventory . Of course I raised concerns with their amazing 😂customer service department and it always went no where …. Even with proof. Well this time around I’ve only been playing for about 30 days or less and theyve done it again … on December 26th I used my bonus points and $ 7.99 to purchase a lot of cash and diamonds and furnishings ..lSuper great deal … not one of the game items funded … I sent proof to customer service I was charged … they said send a receipt… I already sent it They didn’t see it .. got rude said that’s not us that’s another company we contract with called xsolla … so for the past 3 days I’ve even waiting for xsolla to get back with me … it’s January 7th and it’s been 11 days and this has gone nowhere .. this game has stolen fro me yet again , player beware ….This company does not care they’re obviously not I USA …they’re in a country where it’s legal to steal from you and apologies that you’re dissatisfied with their ruling .

    I am displeased that despite making a purchase through the site through the offer wall, I did not receive the diamonds. I submitted information to be reviewed through tap Joy and they close the claim as they said I did not provide all information. However, I clearly did provide proof of purchase and the order confirmation number. Very disappointing. At any rate, I will no longer make any purchases or support the product.

    I love this app, except after the new iOS update. This app freezes every time I open it and start to design a room. I have to force close app or even my phone. There needs to be an update for this issue.

    BEWARE!!!! Don't link any payment to this game! They charge your card randomly and never respond to customer inquiries!!!!! Disputed several transactions because of this fraudulent scam of a game.

  • Daily Rewards email stuck in inbox

    When I have multiple emails in my inbox from results of rooms… the daily design reward email doesn’t come through. It shows that there is a red notification dot saying there is still an email but it doesn’t appear in the inbox for me to claim the rewards. It has happened 2 x in the last week

    This game is so fun. I love it, but I’m having trouble with earning enough money to pay for the requirements and the furniture. I’m stuck and wished that some of the requirement furniture was cheaper so I can purchase things for the design, I can’t even do anything because I’m stuck with not enough money to reach the requirements and blue stuff. Also I think the houses should be cheaper and you don’t have to do soooo many challenges that use my money that I want to spend on the house. Thank you for your time.

    Don’t know what’s happening with your system but the freezing and bouncing up and down constantly as of the last update has become annoying … I grabbed this game because it gave me ideas for my starter home renovation and just the lovely graphics but now it’s just becoming burdensome to have to exit and enter and exit out again to get designs done. Please fix it …
