    The recent changes now make it impossible to even come close to reaching goals and rewards that I once achieved every month. The game is no longer much fun. Ratings are almost impossible to do well on. Guess the developers got greedy. Quickly losing interest in the game that was a lot of fun.

    I just bought the black Friday special they advertised yesterday and even after receiving an email that my purchase had gone through I still haven’t been received my diamonds etc.. I contacted support and nothing has been done. I have sent multiple screenshots to no avail. So disappointed in this game and the lack of support.

    I love playing this game. I spend money on it but now I’m done. Raised the prices and reduced the double rewards. Disgusted. I’m going to delete now because it’s no longer worth it!

  • Unfair options to play game

    Used to be fun. But now we are being forced to spend way too much money OR being forced to not be creative in our designs in order to meet requirements. AND when attempting to complete a design we find out that some of our inventory has been removed or blocked and is no longer available.. I used to enjoy playing but now it’s more of a chore just to try and finish a design. WE the players are finding it difficult to complete task. AND stop with all the junk! Why is it necessary to have blankets on all chairs and sofas ?

    I love this game and got a new phone which made me have to start over but now I can’t even play the game. I’ve tried at least 30 times. I even waited 3 months and redownloaded to see if anything changed but nothing. I get to level 2 and then it tells me to accept my welcome back reward. Which then I try to click but it won’t let me even bypass it. I can restart the app and it forces me back to that same thing. And it won’t let me click any other button on the game either so it’s just stuck there no matter what

    Absolutely love this app, I’ve been playing since January 2017. With all the new limited edition pieces being added constantly now, I think we need a moving truck with unlimited space to get rid of all of the unwanted and unusable items from many years ago. They’re too small for the current day challenges (or just too ugly to use, like the old rugs for example). It really clogs up our inventory. I also think we need a separate tab for the items we receive from leveling up vs. the items we purchase. We have to constantly scroll past them first to get to the items we purchased. The higher the level you are, the more items to scroll past first. For the Monthly Premium Design Pass, we should be able to click on the items offered BEFORE purchasing, to see if we already own those items. As of now, when we click on them, it’s just shows the “buy” button. We can view them in the free section, not the paid section. We also desperately need a sort by tab: highest to lowest price, and would love a newest to oldest tab for furniture

    It’s a great game, except you have to pay for everything, and it adds up very quickly. If you struggle with keeping your game-spending under control, avoid this game.
