    Me bickering depositar 249 usd desde mi tarjeta de debito, luego cargaron 60 usd mas , me parece un robo por 74 millas de uso por un truck , son abusibos y contain exesos, me cobraron por combustible que NO USE, tengo fotos de pruebas de lo que hablo , puedo mantenerlo y lo sostengo LEGALMENTE ES UN ROBO, NO LO USEN UHUL .

    Every time I drive near the U-Haul where I rented and returned a trailer almost a month ago, I get a notification from the app about my pickup with the past date. Clearly they’ve taken liberties with location services which was set to “while using”

    Very clunky app that seems more interested is selling add on’s the actually get the reservation correct. Very bad experience renting through the app. Customer service by phone was not any help. Added an additional $120 to my move because of Issues with the app. Design is so bad it does feel predatory and deliberate. I will not be using U-Haul again.

    I wanted to rent a small trailer for hauling, the app wanted to make sure I bought everything. It prefilled purchased on every step. And boy were there many many steps. Insurance, boxes, blankets, storage units, hiring help, tape, locks, on and on. I never got to the end. I ended up just driving to the store and renting a trailer from the store. I have deleted the app. 0 stars!

    Set up for mobile pickup to avoid the line. Wouldn’t work. Waited in line an hour.

    I didn’t realize that I was signing up to be an employee. Zero help from anyone. All information from the app is ambiguous at best. Worst experience ever!

    I was charged twice for mileage that I had paid for in advance!!! I rented the U-Haul for 2 days and brought it back a day early and they still charged me for 2 days!! Will not be using them again and won’t be recommending them to anyone!!

    Be careful renting from then. They still keep trying to charge my card and they’ve had their van back since way back in March.
