  • Terrible Support

Reps are quick to email and call to pitch additional services, yet a single basic support question remained unresolved despite asking through multiple channels. At least this was at the get go, allowing us to move on to other options before too much time is wasted.

Bought an iPad, paid for a yearly membership, Timeclock app requires owner credentials every 30mins. I don’t always have an owner or manager available. But because of this I have a line of employee waiting to clock in. Should I return everything? Very disappointing. I have no published schedules.

If its working, its slow at best and the new version of time sheets STILL does not work but LOOK OUT if you need tech support…OMG 3.5 hours on the phone with a tech named Cherry, she knows NOTHING! My time and attendance still did not export and my payroll had to be keyed in manually! I get am email that my problem had be escalated and that someone would get back to me with in two business days…REALLY 2 business days…ok ill tell my staff to expect their checks 2 days late 🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ i am now looking for a different time and attendance to use because my blood pressure can no longer take this…
  • Unusable after update

We’ve used this app for 4 years and it’s never been great. The option to have free service for our small business was more of our focus. Now the app has updates and won’t move passed the sign in screen. My staff cannot clock in creating more work for my management team. My staff needs to be able to trust their timecards are accurate.
  • New version is a downgrade

Older version allow employee to see their timesheet. New version does not. Transparency is important with our employees. This is a downgrade.

Great app, could you add support for running the app in portrait mode?
  • Poor Experience, Unusable for Business

Constant daily issues with shifts not syncing to their servers. We must troubleshoot this several times a week. Very frustrating experience for small business with two locations and 12 employees. And it is not an issue as we have FIOS internet with 75megs download and upload speeds.

Our app is now not usable with this update. No one can clock in or even open the app!
  • Wonky at times

Has been working great for months, not sure if it’s because of a new update but my employees clock in through the app on our iPads and it doesn’t seem to register that they actually clock in. Seems to be an in going issue for a couple of weeks now. Other than that all the other features work great.
