    I paid to not get ads. The game locked up on me after passing 1000+ levels. Contacted the Help Link. Got no response. Followed instructions in the help conversation. The game ended up resetting to the beginning so I lost all my previous completed levels. And I constantly get ads now. No one at the Help Link has ever responded.

    This could & should be an awesome game. However, it seems to be designed to force us to buy points and boosters. I’m always left with 1 gold tile-game over, or other similar scenarios. Frankly, I’d consider buying, but after a year of playing, I’ll abandon the game before I’d buy their boosters. It’s a shame, because I’d give it 5 stars, except I don’t support developers that don’t see the value of customers that love the game. I’ve written to them, and not a single response.
