    Why can’t I view the menu until the restaurant opens? This doesn’t make sense. I can understand not being able to order but not being able to VIEW is pointless.

    Took our money and then said there was an error with our order and it didn’t go through. It’s been 3 hours and I contacted them about the issue and we still haven’t received a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

    So April 23rd I placed an order like I always do for the #8 great garlic with chips to my school since I didn’t have obvious time to leave campus and go pick up the sandwich. The app refuses to give users refunds and doesn’t have a tracking system that works. At all. During this order the tracking system that you can’t find in app has to be seen through email and little to no contact for the driver was given. When you call the restaurant they will hang up in your face and be extremely rude. The app will glitch during your tracking process from delivered, on the way, delivered and back to making your order. However today I didn’t receive not a crumb. I should sue. Do not download this app ever!!!

    I cannot believe that I spent 20 minutes, trying to either sign in or create a new account, and neither way would let me complete. When trying to sign in, it just processed forever. When trying to set up a new account, I started by entering my phone number… And the screen went gray when I click next and never moved to the next step. I actually got so focused that I sat outside of Subway and tried for 20 minutes of my lunch hour to do either one. Truly aggravating. I don’t know how many other people are having this problem, but my phone doesn’t have any special settings and I’m in a 5G network. so yes… Aggravating.
