    I don’t know what’s with this company but I’ve never requested customer service for a week straight with no response!!! This is insane! The app glitches all the time and every time I call or request a chat with customer service there’s an at least 2 hour wait time.

    this is the most ridiculous app ever. to send receive or do anything on the app you always need constant verification. after the constant verification, you are forced to constantly deal with 24 hour bands and restrictions on sending and receiving crypto. you constantly have to verify your ID and take a selfie. This is the most tedious ridiculous, and Ludacris process any app has given me. my pass key was saved onto my specific laptop to access my account and change the settings. I had to scan a QR code with a device that has the pass key. obviously this could not get done because That means I had to scan it with my laptop. after trying to take off the setting for the Paske, it forced me to have the pass key so then I had to recover my account and upload again another photo of my ID. nobody is making big transactions on this Coinbase app and if they are, they don’t need this amount of verification. It’s ridiculous pointless and it waste my time. not only that, but these 24 hour bans and his tedious process is costing me money when I need to transfer my funds. The worst part is that this app lax customer service completely. All customer service is only done through phone. and the 24 hour bands cannot be overridden manually no matter what. if you’re looking to transfer In-N-Out and buy crypto constantly do not go to this app.

  • Frozen account No Reason

    Coinbase froze my account just as the Bitcoin melt up started. They gave me no valid reason. This is an unregulated exchange. They can do anything they want as long as they return your money. I immediately sold all coins so they couldn’t make a profit on my investments and transferred the money to my bank. I got my investment money but I didn’t get the thousands of dollars I should have gotten. Do not trust this exchange.

    I created an account twice & each time once you get locked out of the account it’s like rocket science or brain surgery to get back in to your account. The password reset links don’t work well , the interface on the app is difficult to navigate. Crypto is great - Coinbase is trash

    If you want your funds held for at least a week (really up to two weeks) even AFTER they take the money out your account, use Coinbase! Miss out on countless crypto opportunities because even after the app takes all ur money out your account they don’t let you transfer or exchange your funds until they approve everything and it sits in their processing until they’re ready to approve. Many more apps that don’t make you have this hassle. Use Robin Hood, or even phantom.

    Was scammed out of 12,000,000 shares of Shiba and 100 shares of DOGE. Was called by people pretending to be Coinbase security and was told to transfer my crypto to Coinbase wallet for security reasons. Well fast forward a month, and it magically got sent to whoever.
