  • Walking and bicycle type routes no longer an option

I have been a customer since the first release on the iPhone. I have enjoyed using it over the years. Even struggled through a few upgrades. But overall it is a a top tier navigation app. Not sure how long it has been missing. But it seems route types that allowed you to choose a walking, bicycle or transit routes is gone. I have looked for it on the app and looked online, but it seems this functionality has been removed. No longer 5 stars. Just a little disappointed because I used the walking routes when I travel.
  • Nice GPS, but not for me.

I can’t justify paying for a GPS app subscription when Apple Maps works perfectly well for free.
  • NOW THE WORST GPS APP

TomTom was a great GPS app however lately it has not been showing up traffic on the GPS even though I’ve been paying for it for a while. So frustrating that it’s taken me into heavy traffic and caused me being late so many times. I’m currently sitting in bumper to bumper traffic thanks to this app. I’m definitely going with something else and cancelling my subscription. UPDATE: No traffic is displayed on the Long Island Expressway (LIE) all the way from Suffolk County to Brooklyn. This is for both ways.
  • Would like to see an iPad native app

This app looks promising, however without a native iPad app this app really is not useful to me at the moment.

I bought the subscription on an iPhone and it worked well. My problem is I switched to an an android phone. I downloaded the app, signed in my account and it says there is no active subscription. I paid for a year plan less than a month ago and now I can’t use it!! The chat bots give advice that doesn’t work and I can’t find a way to contact a person. It says you can use more than one device but I can’t even switch.

Trash, 😂🗣️🙄 you have to pay to use in app which I find very annoying and unnecessary
  • Uh oh! Directs to wrong place halfway there.

This used to be my go to app for long trips. It would reroute me around problem areas. Now it will just direct me into a random neighborhood along the route. I have used TomTom for iOS for as long as I can remember, but will now be unsubscribing and uninstalling. It is very sad.
  • Going downhill and Amigo has much better routes

I have been using TomTom for decades and the routing engine is starting to makes less and less sense. I plugged in a destination tonight with no interstates with winding and the route was dull and completely nonsensical. It had me hopping on and off the highway (not an interstate) for short distances for no particular reason. It was also unable to plot any other route with find alternative. Amigo (which is free) with the equivalent settings plotted three beautiful routes that made perfect sense and offered up some of the best roads in the area. It really makes me question why I am paying for Go.
