    This app is wonderful IF the meet hosts use it. If they don't enter the information, then this is useless. So having paid for an app with hosts that don't give the information required me to still have to purchase heat sheets at meets. A clarification would be great, such as "make sure the places you will be doing meets actually plan to use it before purchasing".

    I’d love to speak with someone about some important feedback. This app is a great alternative to the team website, however the puck falls short. Simple UI fixes like a gear for settings instead of 3~, a “back” arrow pointing back rather than forward, etc, would make the experience SO much better. Right now it is not intuitive and as someone who’s been using an iPhone since 2007, I really think the usability of this app was designed by someone without fingers. The way the aforementioned obvious functions (among others) miss the mark makes the rest of the app and its features feel unnecessarily clunky. Pleeeeeeeease have a feedback form somewhere so users can submit these requests.

    Have to log out completely to see any changes or updates. It also removes “favorite athletes” spontaneously.

    This app could be great but it doesn’t integrate with anything. So, want to sync meet calendar (nope). How about practice schedule, doesn’t support that either. Effectively a subscription I don’t think adds any value

    Why can’t I log into app? Every year I have to use the website because logging onto the app gives me a network error, check your internet connection.

    Our swim team uses this app for team/schedule management. Myself working in web/application development cringe every time I use it. The UI/UX for this app is horrible. It does not flow well and is confusing in where things actually take you. A big rework of UX flow is much needed before this app is useful.
