  • Money Grabbing Update!

I used to be a huge fan of this app because of the streak and my study time over view for the week. But I am sad to say that my time with this app has come to an end. In this new update they have taken away some of the free features and made them pay only. Now the “Shield” comes on automatically with each pomodoro session and blocks my homework apps such as PowerSchool and Notability. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO MY WORK IF YOU BLOCK IT!!!!!! And I can’t even select what apps to block because it’s stuck behind a pay wall. This just feels like they’re tryna shake more money out of us. If anyone has any pomodoro app suggestions please feel free to reply.
  • Great idea, but…

I love the concept, but there are far too many glitches and idiosyncrasies, so I decided to cancel my free trial. I found that my attention was being drawn away from my work as I tried to figure out why the shield wasn’t working right, or why the timer seemed to be continuing on the lock screen, only to open the phone and realize that it was no longer advancing.

I wish there was a way to report issues without submitting a review but this new update is not it. Hard to figure out what you want, and glitchy. Timers are not displaying correctly or advancing when the app is not open. Used to love this app so much and I hope it can be fixed!! Update: I just installed the latest bug fix and it’s now blocking all of my apps while running which I never set up or asked it to do. Please just put it back the way it was!

  • Buggy

This has gotten buggier & buggier. The auto advance doesn’t always work, and the timer has started randomly stopping or not showing the correct time. It used to be quite simple and elegant.
