So we were all set to watch the app for the alpine streaming events as indicated would be live. We wound up watching no video but rather a timer with 1 interval and finish. Pretty disappointing for the people who are not speed skaters or curling. These were the events throughout the day that actually had video. Sorry also for all the other competitions that the Olympics has but this app doesn’t.

Thank you for fixing the replays section! Great way to relive the action from previous Olympics, in addition to the year round events that stream live on the app.
  • Can’t find roster for women’s sports

I never able to find roster for certain women’s sport, and mostly basketball, ex: look for roster of Great Britain’s team for 2006 Olympics men’s basketball and you won’t find it. Please fix this issue
  • Doesn’t allow to follow multiple countries

In the increasingly global and multi-cultural world we live in many of us don’t have solely one home/origin country any longer. It would be great to be able to follow multiple countries as favorites and not have to pick one of our home counties over another.
  • Disappointed in Winter Sports Coverage

Truly disappointed in the coverage of winter sports. With the shuttering of NBC's Olympic channel, great sports like biathlon, cross country and the sliding sports are nowhere to be found. You'd think that these Olympic sports would garner some coverage in this app. But other than some coverage of Mikayla Schfrin there really isn't any. Pretty sad, actually.
  • What happened to the Paralympics?

I really liked this app for the 2020 summer games. It was really neat to have both the Olympic information and the Paralympic information in one app. I kept it on my phone for the winter games since they’re so close together this time around. Great information for the Olympic Games: the schedule, results, medal count, rules, articles, etc. The only info I can find regarding the Paralympics is the occasional article. I looked for an alternative app. My thought was maybe there’s a separate one fully devoted to the Paralympics; I was wrong. It’s disappointing.
  • Paralympic Games are an after-thought

I used this app during the Olympic Games and expected to be able to have the same experience for the Paralympics. However, the calendar shows no events listed for the Paralympics. When I search for the athletes I’m watching in TV, I can’t find them at all. The Paralympic Games are all about inclusion, but this app excludes these amazing athletes who are even more inspirational and deserve more recognition than the athletes from the Olympics.
  • Not good for winter paralympics

This app was good for the 2020(1) summer Olympics and Paralympics, and for 2022 Olympics. But I can’t find anything for the 2022 Paralympics. I want to see medals, athletes, teams, etc. Can’t find it.
  • Terrible.

I missed the last USA mens hockey game because the app didn’t even have it on the schedule. Still doesn’t show it even though the game has been over for over 12hrs. I wish I hadn’t used this app to keep up with the Olympics this year.
  • Horrible interface...

This app was great for London 2012, and so-so for Rio 2016, it was a dumpster fire for Tokyo 2020, and only showing signs of getting worse It’s sluggish on good days, and useless pretty often. The interface itself is very unintuitive, and lacks a lot of search features and sort/filter features that it used to have. The medal counts are always inaccurate, even though the individual medals are relatively up-to-date. The amount of data mined from me as a user nowhere near equates to the lackluster performance I get from this junk app...so it’s gone again...and likely not coming back...
