Subscription options include monthly and annual plans. Natural Cycles is more than a period tracker. Most other fertility tracking apps assume your cycle is 28 days long, even though 87% of women have cycle lengths that don't fit into the 28 day pattern... We understand that birth control is not a one-size-fits-all. Your cycle is unique to you! Our algorithm uses personalized temperature data to confirm your ovulation, reducing the risk of you being assigned an incorrect fertile day. Unlike period trackers, the NC° app allows you to identify your fertility status daily, so you can prevent pregnancy or plan for it with greater precision. From birth control to planning pregnancy and every cycle in between – Natural Cycles is there for you with each stage of your fertility journey. Still not sure? Download the app and test out our Demo Mode. The app supports syncing with Apple Health. *E. • Period induction meds

Natural cycles is nice, but not for people with irregular periods. There have been times when I needed to take med to induce a period and it would be nice if things like that can be incorporated someone.

It has been incredibly hard to sign up. I bought a thermometer online and then it said to go to the app, but then it said I needed to get a subscription and buy a thermometer and didn’t give an option to do a subscription with no thermometer. And then it said 8 extra dollars cheaper to do an in app purchase, but then it wouldn’t let me do it on safari and said to go to the app. Sooooo frustrating!

I have been successfully using NC to prevent pregnancy since I came off hormonal birth control over a year ago. I was on birth control from age 17-24 and decided it was time for a break! NC has been an eye opening experience for getting to know my body and cycle. I use my Oura ring for my measurements but used the thermometer for the first 6 months before switching, I find both options reliable and consistent! I also use LH testing strips before/during and after my anticipated ovulation day and have successfully tracked ovulation to prevent pregnancy for a year. If this method works for your body and you’re mindful and take the necessary steps to prevent pregnancy this brand is an excellent option for you! I don’t think I’ll ever go back!

The Oura ring tracking has been my go-to since they sync’d these technologies. For my first pregnancy, I used the temperature reading using the thermometer. Once I had the kid, it was great to use the Oura ring because I was always getting up in the middle of the night. The most helpful advice I have if trying to conceive—try a few days before when ovulation is predicted, because you don’t want to miss your window each month. Each time my partner and I would try to conceive, we’d plan the day before the predicted ovulation, and then it would update where we missed the window. This led to a lot more months of trying! It’s a great app to prevent or plan pregnancy. I love this app!

You spend all this time getting it set up to have it say to finish everything, to pay a large sum. I need a free one cuz I’m poor haha

NC goes beyond helping you manage fertility. As a woman in my 40s it’s the most individualized and detailed way I’ve gotten to know my reproductive body.
  • There is no way it needs to be $150/year..

What is the justification for this yearly price? And the requirement you buy another piece of tech to use it?
  • Not a free app

This app isn’t free and doesn’t offer free trial.
  • Totally worth it for me

Having hormonal birth control being normalized is absolutely insane! Over the past 14 years I have tried many different pills, mirena, paraguard, got pregnant on paraguard and eventually got on the ring, which then I had a negative reaction to when I switched generic brands. After that I was recommended NC by a friend and I’m so pleased! Taking my temperature can be annoying but I like that you can track different symptoms throughout the month to learn your body better. It’s been 13 months and going good for me, even with long covid. I have been unsuccessful with a reimbursement from my health insurance but I live in the USA so 🤡

I use this app with my Oura ring and it’s truly amazing! I’ve learned so much about my body and it feels amazing to not be in a heavy birth control that messes with my hormones and mind and body! 100/1000 recommendation!!!
