Booksy is a helpful and user-friendly app, but I wish it allowed booking multiple services in one appointment. Having to add additional services in the notes isn’t always reliable, as they can be overlooked. This update would greatly improve usability.

  • Scammed out of my money

Tell me why I have to pay a cancellation fee after arriving to my appointment and finding an ABANDONED barbershop?? After that I scheduled a different appointment and found out the guys forgot to change his schedule and that he WASNT EVEN IN THE SHOP. I STILL had to pay a fee. This first time this ever happened I was lead to an abandoned mall. This app has little to no professionalism or safety precautions. Your chances of being scammed here are 9/10. Terrible support as well. This app is terrible.
  • They stole from me

Made an appt back in Aug. I can see where I paid Booksy in my bank app, I was never refunded. Idk how I missed it, but I also never got a confirmation email. Maybe this is (in a very small way) also on me but Booksy took my money. In the account tab of their app there is a ‘payments’ section. There’s no record of payment on their side but they definitely received my money. On top of all of this, this appt was a xmas present for my gf, so Booksy also stole xmas. Don’t use, feels like they scam people by taking money but not actually making the requested appts, then they hide it by not putting it in the payment history on their app

Somehow, the app booked the appointment and confirmed it. However, when I arrived, the Barbour said that he had no room and did not know how it allowed me to book the appointment nor did he know how it confirmed the appointment. So at that point I canceled the appointment and now the app listed me as a no-show, which is incorrect

There is a “1” by this app on my phone and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. I thought it was bcuz I had to submit a review, but it’s still there.

Why remove filter by availability feature? Seems like corporate probably pushed for “a change” and did the worst thing possible. If it’s not broken don’t fix it
