    I have used this app for many years as it is the quickest way to scan my receipts in for business purposes. My accounts accounts always have connection errors I click ‘fix it’ and nothing ever happens. I don’t know where they get the ultimate balances from, but I wish I had as much money in the bank as Quicken says I have. Ha. I gave it three stars because at least it’s functional for the basics of scanning and my receipts, adding a memo, and adding a category. I haven’t had any issues with Quicken losing the copies of my scanned receipts since I started manually creating a backup every time I use the app on my PC.

    I deleted it after a week of use of my mobile. Had to keep logging with a password that it would not save in the phone to make it easier. Does not sync with a few accounts. Keeps asking me for another password whenever it syncs. A couple accounts require additional security, and instead of allowing an account to skip automatic syncing it tries it anyway. I just found the app annoying and not needed.

    Unfortunately won’t even open on my 9th gen iPad software 18.3.2. Disappointing to say the least.

    With the new update, it duplicated all of our favorites to represent each category that a favorite was ever assigned to. To make matters worse, it only shows the SUBCATEGORY of the favorite, not the CATEGORY & SUBCATEGORY, so we can’t tell any of them apart.
  • Needs work

    I travel for a living, so I would like to be able to use the app to track my finances while I’m on the road. Being able to input expenses into the app while I’m on the road and have them sync up to my home computer is important to me. But that seems to be aware of this app falls short. When I put receipts into the app, they do not sync to my desktop or my laptop at home when I return from traveling.

    I cannot sync with my bank. Quicken says bank,bank says quicken after much back and forth. My bank delved deeper and said quicken told them it was other banks as well, and that quickens programmers were working on it. I waited a few days called quicken back and they basically said Huh. My bank is a local bank and I believe them.
  • Discrepancy between running balance and actual balance

    The balance shown at the top for Today’s balance is correct. Why isn’t the running balance for the same date (today) the same? I haven’t seen this problem go one for so many weeks before. I’ve been using this app and desktop software for about 4 years. The running balance for today should be the same as the Today’s Balance for the same account. Usually by removing the app and deleting the iCloud backup, the issue gets resolved, but that isn’t working now and this app is clearly showing two different balances for the same date and same account on the mobile app.
  • Constant Issues

    It’s great when working. However, too often the app will not load. It has to then be removed from the mobile device and reloaded for it to work properly. Extremely inconvenient and unproductive.

    This is only version 7.6 my computer has version R62.16 how come I can’t get updates on this app
