  • Won’t open on iPhones

    The app no longer will open on my iPhone. Have been trying for months, hoping it will get fixed soon. Don’t use the app that much except when traveling but now it is useless.

  • Not reaching its full potential

    I understand it’s a companion app, but I just bought a brand new iPad Pro and was hoping to take care of all my quicken responsibilities on my iPad, instead of relying on the Mac app.

    The quicken app apparently doesn’t work at all if one travels outside the US. If you have US accounts but travel, do NOT use this system management platform. The app will not open, including just to allow you to see your budget, finances, or manually add transactions, when the phone is physically outside the US. Setting a good VPN to the US doesn’t work either. Highly disappointing

    Used to be a great companion. Now App won’t even open anymore. Been that way for most of 2025. Tried deleting/redownloading. Nada.

    Likely worst app. I used it for 3 years not realizing it is not cloud based. Had different numbers on laptop, desktop, phone. Connected with support who told me data come from a file on my desktop, not from cloud and if that file is lost my data are lost. In 2010 that may have been OK but not in 2025. Totally unacceptable. I switched to a truly cloudbased app and saw immediate improvements. Bye Bye old Quicken.

  • Not working with iOS 26

    UPDATE: Still waiting for update to make this compatible with iOS 26 so I can update my iPhone. Opens with blue title screen and no options. When are you going to fix this? Waiting to upgrade my iPhone. I put iOS 26 on my iPad and Quicken no longer works on it.

    Despite repeated attempts to sync data between the app and the Cloud, the app 100% of the time failed to my data in the app. The app has been deleted from the phone.

    This app works 10% of the time and it takes forever to update. Slow and clunky is not the way for 2025.
