    I wish they would add “this customer bills to” in the app. It is really annoying that I have to go online to do it and can’t do it from my phone or iPad. Other than this issue I think they are a great company. Please fix this issue and it would be 5 star

    First off I love housecall pro. I was pretty surprised when I got an email saying an issue I was having was automatically fixed by the system. I didn’t have to call or anything. Your guys customer service is on point! I’m usually hard to surprise but this did! Thanks for being on top of your stuff guys!!

    For the most part, it’s better than having no CRM at all. Its rough around the edges with some things are that are just missing or have should have been implemented by now. Being unable to apply a summary of work to an invoice makes no sense. You have to do a work around with job lines to apply it.. That’s what a lot of this app is.. self taught work arounds Unable to send customer statements to commercial clients who have net terms.. their work around is “batch invoicing”.

    Calendar options are limited for Technicians. Need to add an entire month view like Administrator has so the Technician can se the whole month on one page.
