  • App works well, not receiving full speed

The user interface is optimal and the setup process was easy, however, I am paying for 2 gbps download/upload speed by am only receiving 300 mbps when standing right next to the modem. Be wary of accepting introductory offers - Cox is still better in my area.

It's been 6 weeks and the main fiber cable leading to the home has not been buried yet.

We've had service for all of two weeks? The internet is already down and has been for three days. After being on hold for an eternity, with a total phone call time of an hour, the gentleman on the phone had no idea when he'd be able to send someone out to fix our service and I haven't heard from anyone since. I chose T-Mobile because you had fiber in our area but so far I'm VERY unimpressed.

My partner needs access to the internet app to control and monitor our child’s internet usage but she can’t log in because she’s not on T-Mobile. This will be a deal breaker for some
  • Terrible Internet Service

Less than 1 month after convincing me to approve a T-Mobile fiber optic internet plan because of great service and low rates, T-Mobile has throttled my internet service. My TV, internet browsers, smart phones, and all other devices spend half their time buffering. This is what I’m paying (full price) for? I’ve been a T-Mobile (and, previously, Sprint) for almost two decades and I’m extremely disappointed.

If you wanna have really good Internet service I wouldn’t choose T-Mobile. I’ve had it for three weeks lost signal almost every single day super laggy. Then when you call Customer Service they will tell you they will call you back the next day. Completely unreliable Internet service.
