  • Content good, app too buggy

    I like the content. However, I often am unable to play it. I download the audio. It won't play, and sometimes I even get an error in the app before trying to play anything. And it won't stream either. My best option is to delete the app, redownload, and log in again. Even that does not always work. I am near the point of not caring to listen to any content on my preferred podcast platform.

    My only critique would be that I would love to be able to listen and watch from my Apple TV without having to screen mirror! If I could download the app onto Apple TV, it would be awesome!!!

    My recent switch from Apple Podcasts to get my daily dose of Ramsey came with disappointment. The Ramsey app provides a wealth of free information the app maturity isn’t quite so good. The lack of the ability to customize your experience makes it difficult to enjoy the content. The application often starts playing without selecting it. Only the act of unlocking the phone is needed. The inability to mark shows that you already listen to mean you have constantly open to select the next episode on the list. Finally an annoying bug. With the application closed I put my apple AirPod on and the closed app starts to play a already listen to show that wasn’t even the show I was listening to. With these issues it makes me want to go back to my beloved podcast application.

    Love all things Ramsey except this app that they’re forcing us to use if we want the last hour of the show that we’ve been listening to since 2007. Very disappointed….way too many bugs with the app.

    I’ve been using this app since they stopped publishing full episodes to podcast apps. I’m giving up today. It randomly stops playing every 20-30 minutes and it’s just too annoying. I’ll just listen the old way and hear less.

    I cannot listen to podcasts as well. They do it download. Only allow video and not audio. They also do. Or download like they used to. This happened after Sept 25 updates. So hard to listen in the car so sad.
