mindvoid is a tool that uses visual and audio cues to help to clear your mind while meditating, achieviang the zen void. mindvoid is designed to help you train your mind to achieve “void time” – the complete absence of intrusive thoughts. Unlike other meditation apps that focus mainly on relaxation or mindfulness, our goal is to cultivate pure mental silence and track your progress over time. Tracking is the key to improving. Tracking Your Progress: - We record both your typical and longest void times after each session. - View charts and logs in the Log Book to see patterns and improvements. Visual Stimuli: To support your practice, we offer non-verbal visual patterns that help anchor your attention without relying on spoken guidance. Breath Visualisation: You can choose a breathing timing visualisation. Following the breathing visualisation is another way to help increase your mind void time. Eyes Open or Closed: Meditation doesn’t always require closing your eyes. Practices like walking meditation and visual meditation show that you can maintain mindfulness with your eyes open. Choose the mode that feels best for you. Also a great tool for other approaches to mindfulness meditation; you can set your own preferences.
