I’ve tried to see what is causing a bug. I haven’t found it yet but the lights in the game go black and you have to abort game to fix. Can you please look at this?

Best game ever! I enjoy mindlessly playing this game. I do have a couple of suggestions. Eliminate the stars at the end of each round of play. There is no opportunity to go back to increase them so why bother having them? Also, the option button to break the bank doesn't work. Thanks for a fun and easy puzzle!

This is a fun game, but ever since the last update, there’s a glitch - about 30seconds into a level, the screen goes dark, making playing impossible. Unfortunately, I can’t find a way to get in touch with tech support, so can’t play!

I really loved this game until the last update. I’m on level 2847 and now the timer and music keep going and the screen is black. The setting button is deactivated so I can’t get in touch with customer service.

If you happen to also struggle with disability THIS game is awesome for satisfying the urge to clean when you physically can’t! Maybe it sounds lame, when you have a touch of OCD, but also have physical limitations it can be super depressing to not be able to get that dopamine hit from completing an organization task. I’ve deleted dozens of games based on the concept of “cleaning the page” or organizing because of a dozen common issues. THIS game has NONE of those issues! As a bored GenX I loved helping my dad shovel, or cutting the grass. Even at 46, getting the dishwasher empty or every piece of laundry done and put away gives me a bigger rush than any amusement park can. Yes, this is another reason why I found so much happiness and fulfillment having a large family. BUT, it’s hard to not be able to do things when your physical pain is too intense OR mobility is harder one day to the next. THIS game is PERFECT for an eager brain trapped in a boring body!! Everything about the game was designed GREAT!!! Graphics-well done and cute. Movement-not glitchy and funny…the way he bounces around, especially when he wins!! So cute even my kids giggle at it and beg to play, too! Timing-not only perfectly gauged, BUT if you run out of time you can watch an ad to get the clock generously restarted all the way back. In addition, there is nothing about the game that triggers anxiety or startles your nerves. Game designers often don’t understand for those of us with nervous system issues or PTSD your brain doesn’t know the difference between real life challenges and games STRESSING you out. I don’t need a game triggering anger because they don’t know how to insure you get enough time or wins to motivate you to keep playing. If I wanted to go from excited to throwing my phone in frustration I can watch TikTok. THIS GAME is the PERFECT combination of chill, thrill, ease and challenge. You can easily let your kids play a round without worry that they will mess up your score too bad. I’m actually, for the 1st time, going to check out what other games this brand has made to see what else I can play. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

I have been playing this game and loved it. Recently the ads are so gross that I’m leaving, I feel like you are doing this so people will pay for no ads. I have paid in other game but will never with ads like this, I just stop playing UPDATE The disgusting adds seem to have stopped. Thank you

I have been playing for some time now. The only problems I have is that I can’t click the help button or I went to purchase the new skin and it wouldn’t let me click on it. Please fix these issues as it is a fun and addictive game.

I really enjoy the game. There isn’t any bombs, so that alone makes it more relaxing. I have been playing this for months. Thank you for this great game.

Great game but no support and lvl 97 is broken. Found a loophole but only using power ups.
