    I bought the pro version of AI. It was working before but now it seems to have stopped working. I’m not getting any credits. I can’t make any videos. I was supposed to be getting 150 daily credit so I can make videos and I haven’t been able to make videos in the last three or four months. I would like to get my account to where I am able to use them and I would like to get the credits back on there or the months back that I was not able to use. I am emailing you from different email than my Apple account. I have provided the information needed if you can text me back that would be better as I am not always checking this email. My father has just passed away and I was wanting to make some videos for my siblings of him and I cannot, which is very unfortunate considering I paid for the pro version and now all of a sudden I can’t use it. Can someone please help me get this back on ASAP thank you. Please contact me as my fathers funeral is this Friday Apple support said all they could do was issue refund but I want the app. I emailed and Tik tok message. Also the Apple support told me to try to delete app and reinstall and all my pictures and video I made previously are gone. 😭😭😭

    At first I was having issue with my credits. I even left a bad review without emailing the developer about my issue. I eventually emailed them and they were quick to respond and fix my issue with the credits. Customer service is awesome.

    Photo Revive AI was very disappointing. The results are not what the app promises — instead of enhancing or restoring photos, it often changes faces and alters scenes entirely, making the images look nothing like the originals. On top of that, the app limits you to a small number of coins per day, which only allows you to create about 2–3 images before you’re stuck waiting or pushed to spend more money. For the price, the quality and restrictions just aren’t worth it. I would not recommend this app — it feels like a waste of money.

    They make it very difficult to understand when you will be able to use the app. I bought the app. Then I could not do anything but a few images. I paid more to upgrade to “Pro”. Still got cut off working until I spent even more money. I am not unreasonable and will pay for what I use, but I feel that they lack true transparency. They need to do a much better job of explaining their cost. I am very frustrated !!!
