    The app constantly says our internet connection is weak. We have three different internet connections to choose from. We have all sorts of 4g and 5g internet connected devices in our home: TV, internet; including remote access to work from home, Alexa, ring doorbell, myQ garage door opener, and all sorts of things. This device constantly says “weak internet access”. It is gas valve for our BBQ. Does anyone have their gas BBQ indoors? App and connectivity are useless. Contacted company for help three times through the app.. No phone number or email address to call or reach out to. Help is through the app. Time to dispute charges from my credit card company.

    I wanted to use this app for temp/humidity sensors. It simply doesn’t work! I can’t change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit. It also won’t accept the 2nd sensor. Totally worthless for me! I want my money back and to discontinue this app immediately but can’t get an answer to my inquiry.

    I formed by site that this app would operate my device, but it will not connect, I paid for a year thinking it would and now it’s worthless

    Upon purchase no mention was made that I couldn’t manage the device unless I pay a high management fee. Looks like they are going in the trash. Other competing products can be managed for free and then I can eliminate the need for another app also. Such a waste!
