Late last night as I went to open the app I was prompted to login. The app said my password was incorrect. I reset my password and lost all of my progress.

Been playing for months. I had 2000 coins and alot of trophies. I had all airports in 4 states. Today, the game started me over at the beginning. I lost everything

i love skycards, i have always been so fascinated with planes & plane watching. i can get lost catching planes moving all over the map finding planes ive never seen in my state/country. i have learned SOOOO much just from playing this game. My ONLY 2 complaint is, i wish it kept track of how many planes you have caught since starting the game, it only shows you how many plane models you have caught for ex: i have caught 502 models it doesn't count repeat models ( i wish it did so i knew how many i have caught in total) My 2nd complaint is, each aircraft you catch you earn 2 coins... i think it should be Uncommon= 1coin, Common= 2coins, Scarce= 3coins Rare=4coins Ultra rare= 5 coins Even if all aircrafts earn 2coins i still think rare/ultra rare should be 3-5 coins. otherwise i love it!!

I have been playing Skycards for almost little less then a year now. I’ve been obsessed. But here’s the thing. I got logged out of my account yesterday and LOST EVERYTHING. I wanna know why the app glitched out and why when I go to log in through I cloud nothing was saved whatsoever. It just gave me a new account. Really disappointed

After yesterday’s new update, I was signed out of my account & can no longer sign back in. I’m given an “error” message when I try to do so. I’ve played this game for a while & I fear I’ve just lost all of my progress…

Apple sign in fails every time after last update, won’t let me sign in at all. Lost all my cards. Waste of time.

Every time I launch the app and go to catch an aircraft the game crashes and it’s been like this for couple days now. I can’t reach out to anyone to fix this issue. Website sucks and says message failed to send when you contact them.

Love the game fr like play it all the time as of recently. However only problem is when I watch ad to get more photos I don’t get my photos.

The matches you can play are being watched played with players so much better. Also most of the time you cannot receive planes anywhere else besides your area which means some people can revive every good card and some people can’t.
