Having this app gives multiple up to date analytics about your specific market of interest whether buying or selling so you are best prepared. I am ready to buy soon in the Palm Coast FL area but my husband says to wait. I first downloaded the app last year (free version) and along with your videos on YouTube, it convinced my husband to let me get the premium subscription! Next step is a permanent place to retire instead of renting a different place every six months in the same area! Thanks for crunching all the data….. we will be watching!

This app has a lot of valuable information but unfortunately 95% of it is stuck behind a very expensive paywall. For $49/month they should have stuck to the previous monthly amount but it looks like the app price is going up 10.5% yoy.
