Unstuck AI Note Taker

This app wasn’t worth the hype and I had trouble getting the notes and audio to upload. I had signed up for a weekly subscription and cancelled it. I made sure before deleting my account and the app. I had to update my phone and thought it was weird when the App Store kept asking me to add a payment method but wouldn’t accept the Apple Cash. As soon as I added payment my account was charged by them but luckily Apple refunded me when I showed them proof that I had unsubscribed and didn’t even have the app on my phone anymore. They’ve ignored my messages asking for an explanation for the past two days. Funnily enough they’d respond within a day when i was dealing with technical issues but now they’ve gone radio silent. I see other users have had this happen as well. I’d advise anyone who tries the app to ask them to confirm that they cancelled your subscription so you can easily get a refund from Apple. I’ve made sure to report Unstuck too.

I had this account for almost a year and everything was working fine but yesterday unstuck ai only replied to my questions with blank responses. I tried everything to see what the problem was and nothing helped. I contacted customer support and have not gotten any help. I paid over 100 dollars for this and it’s not working and I don’t know why.

I literally paid for premium!!! Only for the app to not work. I will be getting a refund because I did not pay premium just to be kicked out the app every minute. I deleted the app and downloaded the app and I’m having the same problem.

I’m in my last semester of nursing school, and this app has been a lifesaver! I can easily record the many many lectures and convert them into a summary to review later. Thank you!!

Works well but sometimes the app is down even though I’ve paid for it and I can’t use it but its constantly improving and the app hasn’t been down for a little while

Deleted my lecture after i recorded the whole thing! It also won’t let me listen to any of my notes from the past. Very Glitchy and just a weird app. It definitely is not worth the 80 dollars believe me! Another thing is the recording picks up every background noise so most of the time the recording is off! So if someone next to me is talking it will start to pick up what they are saying and then its in the transcript! All I’m saying is that there needs to be less bugs/ things wrong with this app before I even think about buying it again. Including making the price cheaper because it is definitely not worth 80 dollars!

I tried signing up for the monthly subscription. But the app automatically signed me up for the year plan, which is way more expensive. I tried emailing the company multiple times to reverse the charge. No response.

I'm trying to upload google slideshow notes. The website takes forever to load. The flash cards never upload and I'm having trouble uploading simple google slideshows. I've done the free trial and it took me atleast 15 minutes to show that I've gotten the free trial. Fix it or you won't earn my money. This app is ridiculously expensive for how buggy it is

I love the app , but sometimes your answers are not correct. However, it has gotten me through my first two exams very much appreciate it.
