    After purchase, could not use phone unless connected to WiFi still. Did not get a local number to make phone calls and when I contacted customer support, it’s been 5 days and no one has replied or contacted me to resolve my concerns. It did for sure take my money however.

    So I downloaded the app because I saw staying in Canada for only two days and I didn’t want to get a SIM card because I only needed data and I bought the 1GB package but it did not say subscribe so why was I getting charged for weeks after that? Where did I agree with subscription? It’s not nice to trick customers

    After cancelling the subscription because it wasn’t needed anymore, I was charged again. And I can’t get a hold of anyone at “Municorn Esim”. There is NO customer service. No phone number. Nothing on the chat. My emails sent to them have been ignored. No help whatsoever. Very bad on their end. Need them to stop charging me without my authorization!!

    The eSIM application has performed in an unsatisfactory and misleading manner. I was charged $29.99 approximately every two days, in addition to separate charges of $79, despite the fact that the service never functioned at any point during my stay in Africa. Although I attempted to cancel the service, I was billed an additional $29. It has since become apparent that cancellation alone is insufficient, as the company requires that auto-pay be disabled at least 24 hours prior to the subscription’s renewal. This requirement is unreasonable and deceptive, particularly when a user has already taken steps to cancel the service. Furthermore, the customer support function is consistently unavailable, repeatedly indicating that assistance will be provided within two hours or the following day. To date, I have received no response from customer service. The company’s conduct is unacceptable. Its practices appear designed to mislead consumers and extract payment for services that are not provided. Such conduct may constitute unfair or deceptive business practices, and it is troubling that the company continues to operate in this manner to the detriment of good-faith customers.

    I’m using eSim on my trip to the USA. It was easy to install and easy to enable when I arrive. Quite surprisedwith tha data usage, that enables me to talk to friends and family via WhatsApp. I do recommend eSim.
