Peachie has changed everything for me when it comes to recipes. I am beyond annoyed with ads on recipes and I’m so grateful for this option to view all recipes ad free. It’s SO worth the tiny yearly subscription. I have all my recipes saved in one place which gives me peace of mind and it’s been so fun uploading all my family recipes to my profile! My whole family is on Peachie and we can see each other’s recipes. We love it! Best recipe app out there!!!

I loved this app, but was disappointed that they switched it to a subscription. Since I only use it occasionally, I don’t find it worth it to pay for the app. I understand that they need to start charging, but I wish they could have kept a free version with an option for an upgrade instead of having a subscription be the only option. I’m also disappointed that I can’t access the recipes I already had saved on there anymore.
  • Not worth it

Recipes saved say saved to quick save yet none show up in app. Saving from IG reals dis not work. Click on support it just takes you to pages of recipes????? Sticking with Paprika app. Was hoping this could be an upgrade.
  • Deceiving update

My sister turned me on to peachie. I have gradually started adding my recipes to peachie in the past few months and was feeling happy that my recipes weren’t going to be lost. However, now I have to pay a monthly fee to keep my recipes. That’s really infuriating. This app does a nice job of easily converting my saved blogger recipes but I can’t add any notes to remind me of the changes I make. I guess I’ll do the 2 free weeks and pull all my recipes down since I’m no longer happy with this service.

It is WELL WORTH the modest annual subscription fee to me to have everything so organized and so accessible. I get so excited about going to Peachie to try out recipes in my “Want to Try” section, and then I just love moving them to one of my permanent categories if the family thought the recipe was a winner! And now I’m building a great cookbook for my children of all the recipes they loved in their childhood. Thank you, Peachie!!

I started using Peachie when it was only the web interface. It drew me in because if the printable, wipeable pages and the ease of uploading. The upgrade to the app was great, then too. It's a really nice app and overall Peachie is a great recipe organizing tool. HOWEVER for me, it's not worth the price. I am a casual users, so another the monthly subscription is not really interesting to me. If it was a one time fee of max $9.99, especially for early users, I would pay it in a heartbeat. But as other reviews mentioned, the bait and switch of first the printable cards (there were emails counting down the stopping if the printing and then only a vague reference that the decision was amended) and then the subscription app all seems like the heart of the product/service is being driven by impulsive business decisions. I get it, it needs to be monetized! But subscription is not it. Consider a one time fee, and I'll reconsider my use of it 🥳
  • Great app and worth the charge!

So not sure why so many people are complaining about them now charging a fee. Heck I’m sure a lot of those people spend $20 easily at Starbucks in 2 days or eating at McDonald or Chick fil A. If you can’t afford $20 a year then maybe you need to reanalyze your spending! I have been using Peachie from Day 1 of their creation and launch! It’s a great app! I love that I can store all the family recipes on it but also I have the option to have a card printed out for an extra charge. HONESTLY, I missed the email of them changing to start charging a subscription. No worries as can’t expect everything to be free on a Gold Platter! It’s still worth the $20 annually. Maybe they will consider offering a lifetime subscription option . It could even be for a certain amount of # like first 10,000 people or offer it to people who been with them the longest! They can have a set charge amount they set and donate 50% of each lifetime subscription to a NON PROFIT CHARITY and it’s a win win for all. We get amazing benefits and they get a tax write off!
  • Don’t trust them

I loved everything about this app. It has good features, is aesthetically pleasing, has the option to print recipes to add to a binder on really cool material that can’t be ruined by spills. Unfortunately, you can’t trust this company. Out of the blue the app turned into a subscription model. No free option, suddenly my app didn’t work at all unless I signed up for the free trial of the subscription. I will be using my trial to save the recipes that I had painstakingly finished saving to a different app. I am so upset at the hours I wasted saving my recipes to this app only to have to start over. For anyone new, you will know from the beginning it is by subscription but I don’t recommend supporting people who bait and switch. (Their FAQ still says the app is free, there was literally no warning.)
  • Disappointed and Frustrated

After hours and hours of uploading family recipes and correcting the mistakes in the uploading, I am so disappointed and frustrated as at the time the app was free and company offered printing for home option…. until they didn’t. First, stopped offering printing. Then, started again but only once a month. Finally, they turned free app into paid app. Thankfully I can access stored recipes via the web but I can no longer add new recipes into app. Now will have to start all over with another app as I am afraid their next move will be to increase the pricing. Disappointed in owners and company and feel like I was taken for a bait and switch. Note: Wouldn’t give any stars but had to in order to get my review to post.
