Spalding TF DNA app* is used by the best shooters in the world to improve their shooting. The app tracks makes, misses, and critical training data. Shoot in your drive­way, gym or team prac­tice. In ad­di­tion to track­ing makes and miss­es, the app also tracks: * re­lease time * re­lease an­gle (i.e. shot arc) * spin rate * shot con­sis­ten­cy * shot sit­u­a­tion (off-the-drib­ble, off-the-pass, re­laxed like a free throw) * shot accuracy (accuracy indicates the number of perfect shots, by tracking your improvement and focus to shoot swishes, your shooting percentage will improve) The ball is ready, are you? *) The app requires a valid Spalding TF DNA app subscription and an official Spalding TF DNA smart basketball to collect shooting data.   • Ridiculous cost

    How can they expect a family to pay over $600 per year for this? Why don't they offer family memberships like nearly every other sports and athletic app?? Avoid them until they fix it unless you only want one player to use it. We're returning ours.

    Most of my makes are being counted as misses because I’m shooting in the Splash Zone. In other words if you have a swish within a swish the app can’t tell if it’s a make or an airball. The solution to this problem would be making a splash Zone feature that counts perfect swishes like dead center since the hoop is so large. Wonderful ball 🔥🔥🔥I can chart so much shots now!! Thank you spalding

    Too many times the ball loses connection to my iPhone and we have to restart. When connected, it is great.

    This is a great product. It get my shoots I shoot correct roughly 95% of the time. It makes me happy to try and track stats. As a developer and someone that loves stats and metrics it is right up my alley. I would also like to be able to export my data out of the app, so I could analyze, and organize it myself outside the app. I would love to provide feature requests and think that should be added to the app.

    I have tried everything and I still can not get my basketball to connect. So not happy about that.

    When I swish it very well it doesn’t count because it’s so good in the middle of the hoop it can’t sense it go in. It thinks I airballed. You should fix this because it happens every time I shoot. I just that good.

    The ball can track shots very well, but the app is not good. It will not load and will often disconnect with the ball. It tracks shots great, and knows whether I miss or made the ball very well. The app is not very good though.

    The ball feels ok and it is also good that it tracks your shot. But it has said I’ve missed a lot more than I have because if you swish it sometimes it will count it as a miss.
