    This company will charge your card as soon as you sign up for a free trial. You don’t even get to create a username or register for an account before they charge your card. They charged my card 6 times for accounts ranging from 9.99 to 59.99 before I was even able to create an account. Then they make cancelling your subscription near impossible to do. If you have any sense I would avoid this avoid this app/company like the plague.

    This app offers a free trial and then charges you anyway. When you contact support, they tell you that you chose other features within the app and that they will not give you a refund. It also make it impossible to cancel your subscription and very confusing. Do not use

    I downloaded the app when I saw a free trial period with $3 a week after that. I signed up and suddenly over $100 was charged to my account. I immediately cancelled and unsubscribed from the app and emailed them to let them know I was cancelling my account. A charge of $20 just went through. This app is a scam!!!!!!!!

    BACK AWAY FROM THIS APP. I thought I was signing up for a 7 day free trial. At the start they ask you what your objectives are - well turns out every objective is its own subscription. One renewed at 70 bucks, and another charged me $20 upfront which I was NOT okay with. And now they won’t refund me. I know it’s only $20 but I need it. And they sneak “you did not expect that you would be charged” as a specific reason for not refunding. Even if I wanted to keep it their subscription model makes NO sense. Anyway. Try a different app, there are better ones out there, with better customer service. Update - after back and forth with them telling me I should just use the app - I just saw they charged me AGAIN! Unbelievable

    I signed up for the free trial to see if this would work for a design project. There wasn’t many design choices so I tried to cancel my subscription. It has become a week long process of me having to go onto their website, email support multiple times and I still haven’t been able to cancel. The cancel button does not click on website and instead of canceling when I emailed support they signed me up for another service. It honestly feels like a scam.

    Update SCAM!!! You sign up for a free trial and they sign you up for four other subscriptions which are impossible to cancel and I wrote them and they charge you $20 for a furniture search that I never signed up for and they say it’s unfundable go look it up. There are hundreds and hundreds of reviews of people getting scammed just like this do not buy this app. This all is horrible! ChatGPT is a million time Better!! These “designs” are cluttered and poorly done! They are cheap and they charge and over charge for everything

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I had been wanting to try one of the AI interior design apps, and made the mistake of downloading Casavista for a “FREE trial.” I downloaded the app by clicking through an ad. After clicking for the “FREE trial” the app then pops up several add-ons that are NOT included in the “FREE trial,” like a furniture search subscription, style transfer subscription, and no-ads subscription. All of these are separate subscriptions ranging from $19 to $69 per month! One of them charges you $20 right away. The pop-up add-ons come up before you’ve even seen what the app can do, and because you clicked on a “FREE trial” the app deceives you into thinking these features must be included in the 3-day trial. Within less than 1 hour from me downloading the app, I saw the charge on my credit card and reached out to the company explaining that I was surprised I got charged while in the trial period because it was not clear that these features would not be included in the 3-day trial and to please refund my money. After corresponding back and forth with me, they refused to refund the money charged stating that it should have been clear from what was on my screen that these add-on subscriptions were not part of the trial. I decided to post this to save you your money. This app is NOT worth it! To top it all off, in that hour I had tried the app briefly with one room, and it was a joke —its generated image removed a staircase and changed French doors into a hallway.

    Signed up for a 7 day free trial. Based on things I was simply interested in when getting started I was automatically signed up for other “services” the app offers. I believe it ended up charging close to $70 after I got through set up because of my “interests” never stating I would be charged and what those charges would be. Scam

    Do not fall for it!! This app and site are a scam! They offer a free trial, but charge you the moment you sign up. They also don’t tell you they sign you up for multiple other “trials” which you end up getting charged for in the coming days. When you reach out to customer support, they give you some bs answer on why they can’t refund you. Had to dispute with my bank. Read the other reviews. This is a common complaint.
