    The gatcha system is terrible, reminds me of Raid: Shadow Legends. The last fight of chapter 10 seems to require specific heroes to be winnable. Good luck with getting hero duplicates and such to power up your legendary heroes. I maxed out the rare Kay to 10 but not a single for a legendary.

  • Please adjust Arena and hero balance

    So I love this game and I’m addicted. But my issue is that you keep releasing legendary heroes and now they outnumber the rare-common heroes. You have enough character models already in the game to just add them as extra heroes. And the Arena should limit you to only using 2 Legendary heroes.

    Coming from Raid - It’s amazing to finally play a good RPG game without everything stuck behind a paywall. The only thing is running out of energy but that’s okay. Great graphics and good champion designs. Can’t wait to see what’s in the future!

    Overall, decent game given the new changes. Customer support is useless though, which can be an issue if you actually need something. I lost weeks worth of premium currency due to a bug and the response was too bad, thanks for playing our game.

    How many updates can game do while still just a big money grab?! This game hits that paywall pretty much right away. There seems to be no real way to advance in this game other than just buying way forward.

    Needs!!!! Instant finish not auto play. Once a boss or level is cleared we shouldn’t have to waste time on it again. Everything else is fantastic I just don’t have time like others to play 7-15 min boss fights

    I’ve downloaded and redownloaded this game literally 5 times and when it gets to putting in my birthdate it says wrong format. It’s supposed to be yyyy.mm.dd, but it won’t let me do anything after I put in the date. Just always says “wrong format” I use an iPhone, who knows.—maybe on other devices it works. (Didn’t work on my iPad either). It really is a shame, because a friend got me excited and curious about this game…..

    Love this game. Play it on the daily. Connection issues are a serious blight though. Biggest issue with connection specifically, aside from it being spotty at best, is that when you are disconnected, it sends you back to the title screen. Makes it very hard to play at times.
