  • Misleading Pricing & Poor Value

    I joined Dis-loyalty because their site showed a cheaper member rate for a hotel I wanted to book. But as soon as I paid the $200 membership fee, the price for the exact same room actually increased — higher than what I saw before joining. I contacted customer service, and while they responded politely, nothing was resolved. A few days later, I checked again and found the same hotel and room at the same price on Hotels.com and Expedia, without any membership fee or special access. There’s no real discount or benefit, just a misleading promise of “exclusive lower rates.” You end up paying extra for a membership that offers nothing competitive. 💬 Avoid, avoid, avoid. Total waste of money and time.

    claims live chat but no way to access it either on app or website. FAQs not easy to find on app cannot download invoices either on app or website

    They show availability on the website for rooms. Try to get you to buy a membership and then dates of stay on app are unavailable - yet available in the site. Now gotta email support, try to get a refund and find another hotel. What a waste of time. Don’t bother. If you can’t make it work, take it offline until you fix it.

    Y’all. Please fix this clunky, glitchy, user-unfriendly garbage app. We love these hotels and the membership but other hotel chains and rewards app are exceptional. this is trash. please fix. kthanksbye.

    I love the hotel and company but this is the worst app. The display for free coffee comes up blank and I have constant issues logging on. I’ve contacted IT support three different times. Why oh why has this company not fixed this app?!?!

    I paid for a subscription via Apple Pay and not provided an option to create a login. Every time I try and login and receive a code via email, it doesn’t work. I have reached out to the customer support several times and still waiting for a response. Not even a verification email to let me know that they have received my request. I will wait another 24 hours before contacting my bank to make a claim.
