    Had me answer a ton of promising questions with tons of fancy graphics and charts, just to throw in a subscription fee at the end. 7 day free trial and then a year is 79.99, or you can get 3 months for 24.99. When I clicked off to write this review, it miraculously changed to a 50% off deal of 39.99 for the year. I truly am tired of apps and their stupid subscriptions.

    I downloaded the app, and I paid for the premium subscription. It won’t give me any recipes based off what I have in the pantry- and I can definitely make food out of it. I kept adding more and more groceries (to test it out-) and it still appeared as 0 recipes. I’ve selected every cuisine, every diet, over 20 grocery items, and nothing came out. I’m quite disappointed because I’ve already gotten the premium, and this is just my first week.

    Absolutely a fraud and scam app! Shouldnt be hosted on IOS. Charged me lot of money but still I cant see my avaialable premium features despite of following up multiple times. Fake please dont waste your money.

    It was good to scan for foods when I’m lazy or didn’t know the calories. The junk part was I couldn’t input anything in manually so I had to look for a recipe with the same amount of calories but the nutritional values weren’t what I was eating. Even when I took a picture it wasn’t inputting the correct numbers. It could be better if you were able to input numbers manually or you’re able to edit the nutrition facts.

    Very disappointed, I paid for the annual premium membership trusting that Eatr would be a useful tool… and they basically just kept my money. I’m not even two days into using it and I’m already having serious issues: the meal logging by photo and text doesn’t work at all, it freezes or doesn’t register anything. On top of that, the recipe section is completely empty, nothing loads. To make it worse, I’ve already sent two emails to the support team about these problems and I still haven’t received any response. I can’t believe an app I’m paying for yearly has such basic issues and zero customer support. I’m extremely frustrated because I trusted the service, and instead of making my life easier it’s only caused me headaches. I really hope they address these problems soon, because it’s impossible to use the app like this.

    1) was supposed to have a free trial, was not given that. Charged for the three months up front. 2) I am using the Keto search filter and the app continues to give me recipes that are not Keto friendly.

  • I put in the settings what I’m allergic to and it still gave me those foods in the meal plan.

    I had purchased the year membership as I thought I could benefit from it. But no, I put in the settings all the things I’m allergic to and it still recommended items I am not remotely able to even be near. I requested a refund and I was denied a refund for the inconvenience. If you can have an agent reach out to me to extend a refund I would greatly appreciate it.
