  • Meal plan makes you eat pickles for dinner

I signed up for the app hoping to help me out with meal planning so I went through all the hoops of answering the introductory questions. After all that, the meal planning includes ONLY pickles for dinner and to make it recipe calls for 29 LBS of pickles. Another one is to have Sambal for which is only thai peppers as your meal. This is not reasonable and I want my money back. I have no interest on even going through with this

It’s an ok app but I feel like it could be better. For example if I take an ai picture of the back of a label it should auto populate the correct calories for that serving but no it adds calories that aren’t there which wouldn’t be a big deal except you can’t adjust the calories it comes up with. Also having a search for popular foods would be nice instead of just a text area. In short I’ve used free apps that are more user friendly than this one.
  • Incredibly inaccurate

Calendar dates are off and the macro calculations are way off. When I’m aware of the exact macros and it adjusts to record what it thinks, it’s so frustrating. Calories and carbohydrates are always significantly higher and it does not register the protein correctly either. It overrides the data I put in so there is no way around it. Going to cancel subscription and go back to MyFitnessPal.

It would be great if I could save my own dishes in Favorites so I don’t have to enter the ingredients every time I eat them. The same goes for drinks (protein shakes and smoothies). Also, the app doesn’t always calculate calories correctly — for example, it shows more calories for store-bought protein drinks than what’s written on the label.

I looked but couldn’t find if this was a free app, or payed, so I wanted time going through just to find out it wasn’t free. I was bummed

The feature to generate meal plans based on a variety of diets and using ingredients available is super helpful! However there are some bugs. Some of the suggested meals (various vegetables with a homemade dip like tzatziki) are snacks and the scanning feature needs work. Tried to use the camera feature to scan a drinkable Greek yogurt and despite scanning the nutrition facts clearly, macros imported were wrong.

I don’t understand how this app is so highly rated. The recipes are terribly written with important details left out (how much water to add, ingredients left out of instructions). The calorie tracker is also terrible. I get different estimates when I put in the exact same text for a certain meal. They also make it impossible to get a refund. This is a scam.
