Fun game. But just like every other P2W game. HORRIBLE drop rates. Drop rates are so bad, it discourages me from spending money. I’m not going to spend my cash on odds tat are 95% in favor of repeat items of no use. They are just really bad. So there is absolutely zero appeal to spend money.

Deleting reviews you don’t like? That’s bold from the look of other reviews on here. Anyway….. this pile of gar bage wouldn’t even get past the loading screen. It started with a fresh download needing to download an update when first opened. (Seriously?) Then went it got to the loading bar, it would either stop or jump back & forth between higher & lower percentages completed … forever. I left it installed for 2 or 3 further app-store updates, and wouldn’t you know it…. NO CHANGE AT ALL - still would never load.

In League event supposed to be getting 7 times a day to enter a task . It is only giving one a day !!!!! Stop cheating us . Still not giving rewards for Combat Cycle either. Your game is aweful. Don’t get rewards for train either because you only allow 5 people per car when there are 100 people in each league stop being greedy . Give more cars with more rewards !!!!!!

Game is your typical cash grab. Zero real strategy involved. Still buggy as all get out. And their attempt to get you to enter your passwords for other accounts into this one reeks of malware.

But… it’s a no for me. I knew I’d have a problem when Wonder Woman was legendary while Harley Quinn was somehow mystic. I figured I was being dramatic so I moved on. It’s a lot of info given in a not entertaining way. I gave the game a few weeks to win me over but it’s just repetitive and boring. Most of the great, well known, beloved characters are behind a paywall which is understandable since they need to make money. Or ofc you can spend hours and weeks hoping to randomly unlock them but instead get random police and henchmen. I’m sure plenty of people like this game but it’s just not for me.
  • Mediocre would still be too good for this game

From the outset, the best way to describe this game is like those browser games during the early days of Facebook but with some animated cinematics. The gameplay is shallow, progression is overly simple and linear, and we haven’t even talked about the monetization schemes in play. The initial draw for me was the use of the Batman Who Laughs, and the game positioned itself as if it played a lot into that multiverses aspect of the DC Universe. In my mind, I had thought that it meant they would dive deeper into the various multiverses versions of the heroes as well. And in that it would provide a lot of variety in heroes and their abilities. Instead you have just basic versions of heroes, which gets tiring and boring very quickly. Some heroes have more unique quirks, and some barely even useable. The game also punishes you in experimenting and creating your own unique combinations for a team. Where majority have concluded that a team buff meaning heroes from the same faction work better all together rather than trying to mix and match with others in order to maximize their specific specialty. The only time the game ever goes back to that multiverses aspect of things is when they release new bosses which are OK at best. Just another punching bag with some other mechanic that make it different from all the others. There’s no real variety in gear other than some of gears give bonuses to specific factions. So you grind for those rather than trying to get a specific set of stats. And the resources to make those become so scarce that you eventually have to choose if you want your heroes to level up, or get better gear. The resources the game does provide you does not scale with your increasing level and in turn, the higher requirements. You do mundane tasks like talking to citizens who have copy and paste dialogues for only a few thousands of resources, while trying to collect 5M+ for the next upgrade. The game itself is overall broken, with systems and content locked behind needing to be a specific rank. Like only top 4 Leagues (Guild) can participate. So people are forced to join the main top guilds to be able to MAYBE participate. Premium currency has very limited use as they don’t easily convert to summoning currency (Anvils). They only provide you limited opportunities to buy Anvils with premium currency. Instead you can buy a few Anvils with real money directly. With the summoning economy really bad, it takes roughly 150 summons to get banner hero. The pity summon does not guarantee the banner hero as well. Monetization is heavily normalized in this game. So much so that even its content creators sing its praises. Recently running an Easter give away event. Where once you max out the limited number of dices you can unlock via quests. You then gain notihing more from the event. While they encouraged people to buy all these bonus packs for a higher tier of rewards, and purchase more dice, and pay premium currency to double your dice roll (not the value, the dice number itself). Unsurprisingly they have a premium hero as well that’s locked behind a paywall. And it’s calculated to cost around $20-25K to max him out. The current state of the game as is that its dying. With servers just being overrun with bots, with no way for players to transfer. Even the whales got bored of the game. Once you reach the max level, there really is hardly anything to do. And even in the mid-game. Gameplay-wise you can finish in 10-15 mins. Sometimes they have raids that are literally just you looking at your raid timer, to join the next one. Strictly just numbers on a wall. Trust me not worth your time or money for that matter. If you take away the DC IP from this game, no would have played this game

This is probably the best DC Universe based IOS game released so far. It has some great mechanics and a wonderful player base. At least in my server. My primary concern is that I’ve been playing since the offical launch and I’m starting to grow bored. Basically, it’s the same thing every day. You’re just doing the same things with slightly more power and maybe a new character if you’re lucky. There is very little strategic thinking to keep you hooked. There needs to be more that requires actual challenge. Not just hitting the play button and crossing your fingers. The darkest timeline is a fairly fun game mode but I don’t feel that the new difficulties 6 and 7 are balanced. You do great all the way to the end, and then the boss wipes you out like it’s on God mode. We also need more server cross play. Some servers are dying out and losing players. We also need events where different servers actually meet and compete. Inside the server, things have become fairly predictable. Everyone has their alliance and nothing really changes. No new players to recruit. Nothing changes. That’s the core of my argument. Nothing significant changes. I want to keep playing but I need a reason. Give me a reason. Please. Without long term game outlook, you’re going to struggle to keep long term financial stability and keep the game alive.

You can literally have added percentages and have 50k more than someone and still lose. Especially against the computer they allow what they want to. Makes the gameplay trash. Literally want you to have 100k more power just to beat certain levels and enemies. Overall trash. Don’t recommend

Not only we could use more playable characters, we need more rooms for the Batcave. Like another power plant or two, more living quarters, a museum, a garage for land vehicles, another training room, and another drone room.
