  • App misses the most basic feature set

    I really want to give this app a positive rating, but it's such an utter failure I don't get what product manager there would ever build it in such a way. On the Apple TV app and you get endless pages of teams you don’t care about and videos from games that happened 2 years ago. Let me set my team and only show me current videos. I don't care about football in Texas and I don’t about random Canadian teams. I want one feed of relevant videos for me. This isn't rocket science, but somehow Victory+ devs can't figure out the basic formula for what a sports app should look like. Legit hire a product manager to build a better app and if you have one already you need to replace them.

    There is NO app in the history of sports apps that delivers worse, inconsistent and brand diluting service than the Victory+ app. Dallas Stars games are easily accessible about 50% of the time. Just horrible experience which is driving this Stars season ticket holder to find better ways to spend an evening.

    Love streaming Stars hockey for free. Wish the app had better streaming quality and didn’t crash. Also apparently can’t start from beginning of an in progress game.

    Absolutely love this app huge stars fan here I can catch all my games, highlights, interviews, and behind the scenes all in one place. Plus, it has high school Texas football. What a clutch app.

    Not on my phone or my TV app. You press “join live” and it’s just a black screen with no sound.

    My only complaint is that sometimes the app will not recognize where I am and therefore not give me the option to watch active Ducks games

  • Victory+ Makes you not want to watch Dallas Stars games

    Is it free? Yes. Does it have mandatory ads? Yes. 4K video quality? NO. Intuitive operation? NO. Frequent lags and lock ups? YES Is it even worse on Apple TV? YES And for those of us watching Stars games on big 4K TVs, this is enough to make you stop watching games. Want to FFWD thru an intermission? Want to skip past a still-screen ad, or move forward past a referee conference? You’ve a 90% chance of going into permanent spin mode. Please fix your apps!

    Why aren’t you paying out contest winners? I recently got 2 straight on your Streaks contest, which is a $50 gift card prize. Never received any email…nothing. No option to contact Support on the app and no one responds on your Twitter (X) account.

  • Sometimes it works

    I’ve struggled this season to watch the game live on my phone without getting kicked out of it several times a period. Same experience with the playbacks when i give up on game night. I want to use it, however it just isn’t a consistent experience. And it’s sad because the fam experience is awesome and it’s must watch.
