    I paid $9.99 to get a drawing of the soulmate and it wouldn’t even load. It just says it’s locked. So when I clicked the subscription cause maybe it didn’t work it said I was already subscribed but it still wasn’t giving me the features that I paid for!

    They may have good insight but the purchasing part is crazy. I keep getting charged even after I’ve canceled my subscription. It doesn’t even show up on my list of subscriptions under my Apple account. Very upsetting

    Tried to cancel several times and the email they give is invalid. My wrong signs are calculated and so the wrong information is given.
