Chipotle Middle East

The app needs a major refresh. As someone who has frequented Chipotle in the US, I am disappointed in the rollout and effectiveness in almost every aspect of the Middle East’s version. The app is buggy, payment errors are frequent, pages are frozen and most importantly the order was incorrectly input. For the BOGO event I placed an order and after payment was confirmed, I got a notification and called the store because the order disappeared! The order number then linked to someone else’s order. Please make improvements that will meet the quality of Chipotle’s food, North American App and overall the business.

It will always lead me to pick up and never delivery? You should not advertise on your TikTok if you aren’t willing to do what was advertised.

The app is not working for me every time I open it I get a message that says “oops! Something’s gone wrong. Invalid token response” it’s honestly annoying especially since I’m pregnant and i’ve been craving it so bad and sometimes it’s hard for me to leave the house to get food. Please fix this issue asap and help me satisfy my cravings.

I hope Chipotle stays a stand-alone app and avoids platforms like Deliveroo, Talabat Hunger Station, Jahez etc. Their fresh ingredients deserve better than third-party handling. Stand-alone apps offer better quality control and faster delivery! Keep it independent, Chipotle!

It is only giving pick up as an option even though we are in the delivery zone (arjan — we are close to Dubai hills mall). So disappointing! Wish chipotle was on the other reliable delivery apps.

There is no customer service, they mess up the orders all the time and there isn’t customizable instructions. You’re better off seeing them make it for you than ordering it.

Please add “order instructions” for customizations. And also the veggie option includes guacamole, but no way to remove guacamole or get it on the side.
