    I really like this game,I opened the app today and it was in like a frozen state and the background is blue and won’t let me do anything I tried updating it but it’s the same😭I don’t wanna delete it and start over bru

    Highly recommend, this game is a delightful grind with lots of intriguing characters and events. Been hitting the grind for over a month now and I’m not tired of it yet. Every week there is a new event with a cool new character. Quite good🥶🥶🥶 EXCEPT- if you are like me and don’t want to spend real money on the game then you can only reach a certain level around A+ to S. Very sad🥺🥺🥺

    I do love this game. So much. But when you watch an ad, 1) some of the ads are so long and irritating, and 2) after an ad, the sound stops working in the game. I actually just had an ad that stayed on the lower half of the screen while the game came back on the top half. A restart of the app fixed it, but it’s still disappointing.

    i updated my game recently and am completely unable to play the game, it takes a long time to get passed the loading screen and when i finally load into the game i'm left on a blue screen and unable to access anything. i really love the game and i'm really far into it wirh a lot of characters and really don't want to lose my progress. help would really be appreciated.

  • Issue with transfer

    I love the game! But I recently tried to transfer the data to my iPad to free up storage on my phone. I got the transfer id and password wrote it down, triple checked it was right and when I try to transfer it keeps saying transfer failed. I don’t know what to do to fix this issue because it won’t work at all.

    I love this game but recently it hasn’t been working. all the features are still there but it’s just a blue screen and it’s like frozen I can’t do anything. I really hope that it can be fixed I have a lot of diamonds,coins and characters and I don’t want to start over

    The game is great, but for some reason it started crashing today and won’t open anymore. I’m afraid of reinstalling the app and risk losing all progress. Hopefully it will get patched
