  • Please fix the Save bug!!!

This game is great on iOS other than the frequent bug where the “saving game” doesn’t complete successfully and any further progress is lost until you restart the game. It’s an intermittent bug that that occurs with auto-saving or manual saving. When a game costs this much you should continue to at least continue to support it with major bug fixes like this. It makes me hesitant to buy any more of these expensive console port games
  • Mouse doesn’t work

That’s why it’s 3 stars. One has to dance a little dance, disconnect and reconnect a bunch of time in hopes of mouse finally working. To be clear, I have 2 different mice that work perfectly everywhere, except for this game. There’s bunch of posts on reddit that describe this same issue. Developer, rise up to the occasion and fix this. It’s unacceptable! Other than that the game’s very well optimized an is a quality port.

I can’t fix them. There is no support.
  • Great game with minor complaints

The game is beautiful and unique. If they could figure out the mouse problems, it would be perfect. I would advise using a 3rd party mouse to play, and if you are playing on a portable, you will have to disconnect and reconnect your external mouse often.
  • Mind blowing experience

I've played this on Windows, had to see the difference on a Mac. Runs flawlessly. I can't believe how much better the overall experience is on Mac. Everything loads instantly and no matter what's going on in-game it runs buttery smooth. Most game ports are notoriously bad, but this one is better than the original which is just so awesome! I heard this runs on iOS and I believe it, especially with how well it runs on Mac. I hope DS2 is released on Mac because I definitely want to support Mac gaming, and this game is a great place to start supporting the movement!
  • Top 5 game of all time, nearly unplayable on iOS

The bug that has the game get stuck auto saving, preventing manual saving and then crashing, has cost me hours in losing progress, and having to redo it all over again. It’s brutal, even with manually saving often, it just takes one lapse of vigilance and you don’t notice that you can’t save the game until you complete a delivery. Can’t believe people are saying it’s been in the game since release on iOS, and has no intention of being fixed.
  • Great game, broken port

The game, itself, is fantastic. However, the iOS port has a game breaking bug, in which the game hangs on attempting to save. This occurs very frequently, has apparently been an unresolved issue for more than a year, and leads to a seemingly constant need to repeat stretches of the game. I’m playing on a new IPad Pro M4, with plenty of memory, iCloud storage space, etc. In its current state, this game port is unplayable.
  • Controller issues

Would be a 5 but my controller which works perfectly on the same computer when running the game on Amazon Luna doesn’t detect left joystick input (I can’t walk). Same controller same computer works with Luna but the Mac application isn’t working.

Failed saves, crashes, a complete disaster. I just wanted to play the game again! Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had! Just so disappointed.
  • Death Stranding on the go, but…

It’s fantastic to strand on the go, but the constant save issues is worrisome. It seems “saving” in the bottom right can get stuck, and if you try to manually save from the menu, you will get stuck in that menu until you close the app, thus losing progress.
