So much potential but so buggy!!!! App closes on me randomly; you can’t listen to an audio book and turn off the phone at once. It doesn’t save you place where you left off… great content; awful app

Also love it also do my grandkids but as u .. I have the app on my phone but every time I go to use it .. it’s like I have to re-install it!! It’s aggravating!
The videos when I press them make like it’s glitching

First thing when I downloaded the app I was excited but the only thing I wanted to try out was the videos so I pressed on a random video and it just showed some like scary lights and I got scared so I exit out and I don’t know what to do next

My kids loved watching Evergreen Hills, but this year the app no longer works. Tap it and it will pull up a grey screen until it crashes 60 seconds later.

This is a great app when it’s working my children love it and we look forward to Evergreen Hills this December 2025, but recently we have not been able to use it. Every time we open the app it shuts itself down. We’re not sure what happened. We tried to update it. We even tried to uninstall it and then install it again so if someone could please help my children have been looking forward to Evergreen Hills since last year
