  • Not inclusive to queer people

My first complaint is that I’m being misgendered by the app, I used partner syncing and they can choose the gender on their account but not me. On that same note it won’t let my partner use the apps tracking features on themselves, it only shows mine. Very disappointing I wanna see their cycle too. The point of the partner sync feature is to gain of EACHOTHER. Also it will show my partner my hormones for free but I have to pay if I wanna see my OWN hormones. I really expected better.
  • Poorly made app

With no customer service options I’m left to leave a review. Their widgets are poorly made and provide false data. There are much better apps out there. Don’t waste your money here
  • LOVE it so far

I really love the food recommendations for each phase, I think it would be so awesome if they gave some example recipes/meals for each phase too!
  • Nice app, exclusionary messaging

Nice app, but not for me. If you’re in the early stages of perimenopause, or you prefer a more inclusionary app, perhaps you should check out Health and Her or Ovia. A recent quote of the day let me know I was in the wrong place: “Your period is a sign of a healthy body, cherish it.” True to an extent, but quite the insensitive, exclusionary generalization.

Love this app! It pairs perfectly with the book Woman Code. It’s so cohesive and spot on for my phase. I feel so much better having a tool to help keep in check about honoring my feelings and where I’m at. I wish they would add Pickleball to the move section!!
  • Medication sec

If there was a section for medications: antibiotics, cold flu, hormonal therapy, and contraceptive, etc things like that.
  • Can’t even connect

Every time I try to download and enter my information, it won’t let me connect. Very frustrating.
  • It’s okay.

This app is okay. I like how much insight it gives as to what the hormones are doing and how you might feel. I like the symptom tracker, though I have not accumulated enough data to know if I appreciate how they use my symptoms to log insights- will be interested to see that. I like the idea of suggesting what foods to eat the MOST, as I am very curious about how I can eat to best suit my cycle, but the information architecture of this feature is disorganized and inefficient. Simply listing out tons of foods is as efficient as it would be for me to just google it. It’s overwhelming and “meh” at the same time. Why not suggest meals instead and include the recipe? That would be fun and practical.
  • Changed my data in the Health app

I think the tips on this app are pretty useful. I just wish it didn’t change the data in my Apple Health app.
