    I am unclear about the additional charges. After making the initial payment, the system directs you to another page with more charges that were not clearly disclosed upfront. This is misleading and deceives customers. On top of that, there is no proper refund policy, which shows a lack of care for the customer experience.

    Today was day two for me and I did great. I’m in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant and am trying to not become deconditioned. If I can do this, clearly everyone else can as well! Try it and I’ll update as I go further into the program .

    I was overcharged $25.99 for additional services which I never agreed to. The layout of website made the way you will never realize you press to purchase something else. There was no confirmation or anything for purchasing additional guides. I asked for refund after figuring out the charged me twice but no way they agree to refund the money. The response was: “I re-escalated your refund request with our Billing Manager and, after reconsideration, was told that the decision is final and could not be changed” The app itself nothing special, definitely not worth $36 I cancelled the subscription right away hopefully there will be no charges coming up next month! I read reviews about people having troubles with cancelling subscription as well! Not a happy customer!

    Buyer beware. Unknowingly you will get a big bill for a useless app. They rely on customers to forget to unsubscribe and don’t make it easy or clear how too unsubscribe. There won’t be any warnings. Bang. You’re stuck with an app you won’t use.
  • Over charged and no refund

    I didn’t sign up for an expensive membership - no way I would pay $39.99 a month. I saw a charge, cancelled immediately and asked for refund and they refused and aren’t nice about it. They had already charged me $9.99 and $39.99 before that month. They refused any refund at all and I never used it. Don’t do it!

    I am overly impressed with Sophie and her handling of my predicament. Very timely and succinct which is unusual these days. Everything was seamless and quick. It’s nice working with nice people. Give that girlie a raise😁
